Transfer Orientation – Time to Get Started

Transfer Orientation is MANDATORY for all newly admitted transfer students.

If you plan to attend Cal State Fullerton in the fall, you must either attend a Transfer Student Orientation session or complete the Online Transfer Overview

before registering for courses.

Step One – Accept admissionYou must accept your offer of admission to Cal State Fullerton and pay the $250 enrollment deposit by June 1, 2012. This step must be completed before you

can sign up for a Transfer Student Orientation session or complete the Online Transfer Overview. (Allow 48 hours for processing the enrollment deposit before

selecting a transfer orientation option.)

Step Two – Choose one of the following transfer orientation options

* If you complete the Online Transfer Overview, you are still encouraged to contact your major department to receive major advisement, as well as the Academic Advisement Center at 657-278-3606 or fullerton.edu/aac, to receive general education advisement.

Orientation Session Length

Full-day session about seven hours with additional optional activities and a meal included

Online Transfer Overview about 45 minutes
