cOuPle’s reTreaTIf it’s just you and your special someone looking for a nice retreat, you’ll want to start by making your way through a few wineries located on the leHigH valley WiNe Trail. There are eight destinations to choose from, but we would suggest clustering them by location. The family-owned wineries are all designated as an American Viticultural Area.

Once you have had your share of vino, head to the arTsquesT ceNTer aT sTeelsTacks. While there, grab a bite to eat and catch a movie inside the state-of-the-art fraNk BaNkO aleHOuse ciNema. And yes, as the name suggests, you can take your food and drink into the theater with you. But don’t eat too much, because we have other options for you below. You’ll also want to take a look at the iconic blast furnaces that remain on the former Bethlehem Steel site. They are spectacular.

From there we suggest you try your luck at the saNDs® casiNO resOrT BeTHleHem. You’ll enjoy the fast-paced excitement of table games, slots, a shopping mall and some of the best food around, including three emeril lagasse restaurants. Then you can work off that food dancing the night away in one of the resort’s lounges.

Lehigh Valley has been around for centuries – it was a thriving community long before America even became a nation. It should be no surprise that the area is home to an exceptional number of “haunted” locations and more than a few “true-life” horror stories.

Paranormal investigating has experienced a meteoric rise in popularity, thanks in part to television shows like Paranormal Challenge, Ghost Hunters, Ghost Adventures, My Ghost Story and others. Many parts of the country are being explored for signs of the paranormal. Lehigh Valley is no exception.

Discover Lehigh Valley has partnered with many local destinations to accommodate paranormal enthusiasts and skeptics. Take care on your journey through the haunted corners of Lehigh Valley.
