The Managemen eam including a Village Manager, is assised by a Residenial LieCoordinaor and a suppor eam o rained Residenial Assisans (Senior Sudens) all o whomlive on sie.The 2012 Village Manager is Simon Illingworh, a ormer secondary school eacher and experienced hospialiymanager wih naional and inernaional experience. Simon’s main role is o ensure ha hesay o every residen is rewarding, enjoyable, secure and comorable.

The Residenial Lie Coordinaor is responsible or he pasoral care and academic suppor o sudens and worksclosely wih he eam o RA’s o provide a programme o assis in he growh o inellecual, culural andcommuniy ineress wihin uSay, as well as mainaining accepable sandards o behaviour. paraphernalia associaed wihdrinking games and homebrewing equipmen are nopermited on he premises.
