1. First, the customer Personnel Giftet and submits an order for a particular web solution.
Please visit Giftet Personnel page to submit an order today for a global web solution
based on your needs.
2. Second, Giftet reviews the order and responds back to the customer with the web
solution process. A joint contract is prepared, signed, and dated by both parties.
3. Third, Giftet prepares a web design requirements document based on customer’s inputs.
The end result of this step is either a *.doc or *.pdf document and a web solution
prototype within 30 days of the date of contract. The customer pays 50% (no refundable)
of the total fee for preparing the design requirements document upfront before Giftet
starts to prepare the document. Giftet also hires a web designer to prepare a prototype of
the web solution. After 15 days Giftet gives a presentation to the customer and shows the
web solution prototype to the customer.
4. Fourth, the customer reviews the design requirements document and the prototype and
responds to Giftet within 15 days whether to accept or reject the solution. If the web
solution is accepted by the customer then customer pays Giftet 30% (no refundable) of
the total fee. The customer also provides Giftet with other necessary inputs to revise the
design requirements document.
5. Fifth, Giftet revises the web solution design requirements document and the web
solution prototype based on the customer's inputs within the 15 days of the acceptance
date. At the end of this process Giftet hands over the final design requirements document
to the customer and the final web solution product. The customer pays Giftet the
remaining 20% (no refundable) of the total fee.

November 4, 2009, Dr. Progri, Giftet Inc. President and CEO, attended the IEEE Worcester,
County Section joint dinner meeting with the WPI Student, Branch and ECE\Robotics
Program. Ivo Dobrev, from Boston, Engineering, presented Boston Engineering's
autonomous underwater, vehicle (AUV), GhostSwimmer. GhostSwimmer is a "bio-mimetic"
robotic fish, a tuna, that has less drag than most underwater vehicles and an oscillating tail
that has "up to twice as much efficiency as a propeller". The GhostSwimmer, with onboard
autonomy, can be told to swim with maximum efficiency and it will calculate the best way to
do that, or it can be told to get somewhere fast and flap its tail harder. Ultimately such a
fishlike robot could operate offshore by itself or swim in a robotic school with other fish,
conducting surveillance or taking measurements. The GhostSwimmer project is a Naval
Research Small Business Technology Transfer (STTR) program. Additional information and
film about GhostSwimmer can be found at: Robotic Fish, Coming to a Pool Near You
http://spectrum.ieee.org/blog/robotics/robotics-software/automaton/robotic-fish-coming-to-

Worcester. Directions can be found at http://www.wpi.edu/About/Visitors/index.html. The
pre-dinner reception starts at 5:30 - 6:30 PM, dinner is from 6:30 - 7:30 followed by the
presentation from 7:30 - 8:30.
