There is a real sense of fulfillment when one works
hard for a thing. Hard work is all about practice,
persistence and a daring willingness to see a work
complete.
As managers of the future, let your work define who
you are, for every hard worker has a determined spirit
and a strong-willed character.

if you want it badly enough.”

In business, as in life, opportunities abound, and it is
only the astute manager who can identify the grand
chance to grow. To develop this astuteness,
remarkable energy and enthusiasm are required.
After all, for a manager, taking a chance is never a
risk….it is the right thing to do.

Every manager, who wants to be successful in his career and
in his life, needs to etch deeply the thought that the real
contest is always between what you've done and what
you're capable of doing.
Delving deep into oneself and stirring up the consciousness
often, are the best ways to always remain ahead of the
game. However, this is a personal task, and it is for us to
discover it ourselves.

Business education is in rapid expansion mode in India. At Jansons
School of Business, we believe that focusing on a smaller group of
students with deeper involvement is appropriate. Hence, at JSB,
we have consciously kept the student group small and faculty
group relatively large.
Also, business environment is dynamic. To respond to this
dynamism, we are providing students with knowledge in areas
"beyond the curriculum". We will continue to provide a richer
learning experience at JSB. We welcome you to come and take a
look at our youngsters who are raring to go.

JSB has really made me learn life. In fact, the institution has made me the person I am today. It gives the best coaching to become a perfect manager, accompanied by the various initiatives taken by our dear professors. The personality development classes enable the students to overcome the weakness and attain the strength and confidence to face the competitive world. JSB has been like a family for me for 2 years, the experience of which I always miss. The institution has first class infrastructure which gives the facilities for knowledge enhancement. The placement offered by the college is one of the best. Last, but not the least, the institution teaches the right attitude.
I will never say JSB is a college; it is actually a paradise. I call it a paradise not only because of the infrastructure and facilities it has, but it is the people there who really matter a lot. They share their knowledge, experience, wisdom and values. This has groomed me and taken me to the position in which l am at present. I will be thankful to all my staff members and the management all through my life.
Mr. C. Saravana Kumar, Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd.
I happened to be someone who did not do well in academics. So all that I wished for was to end up in a decent job… that's when and why I joined JSB!I still remember the first day I walked into this campus… all starry-eyed, awestruck and hopes afloat! I got this strangely comforting feeling of being at home. A lot happened after that day! I came to know a lot about myself, met a bunch of real caring friends and loving professors who never lost hope on me, learned so much which only years of learning will have taught me and also got placed in a very good company! To be frank, I don't remember having celebrated any of my earlier Birthdays with so much candles and cakes until I came here.
Mr. Sandeep Krishnan, Britannia Industries Ltd.
Mr. Uvais Ul Karan, Naukri.com
Today’s world is very competitive which all of us know. And to survive in this world one should be on the fast track. No king would like to go to a war with inferior weapons. JSB with its excellent infrastructure, well-equipped library and dedicated team of faculty members gave us the courage that we will succeed in our career by proving our efficiency in the corporate world and today we are happy when we see it happening.
JSB... the metamorphosis that I underwent in the two years that I spent there is beyond words ... Life there was a perfect blend of academics, IQ, EQ & Fun which has helped me in moulding myself A school that has always welcomed and encouraged out-of-the-box ideas and at the end of a rigorous two years it has made me an individual to reckon with. Has groomed me to be apart of the corporate world... Thank you JSB!
Mr. Kiran Antony, Whirlpool of India Ltd.
More than Porter, Kotler or Keller theories, JSB has taught me to relook at the essence of education and learning. When I left the campus, the by-line of JSB was engraved deep within me; that to stay competitive one must embrace an infinite learning culture. I am humbled at the growth of JSB over the years and my gratitude extends manifold, when I receive such great respect and dignity as an alumni of this great institution.
Mr. Georgi Mammen Mullassery, Trivone Digital
Life at JSB was a great learning experience and a great deal of that has to be owed to the Faculty Members and extensive Library. Furthermore, JSB provides one of the best environment and infrastructure of its times. JSB has transformed my life and has helped me to equip myself to face corporate challenges. I am proud to be a part of this elite family.
Mr. Akilesh Ashok, Induslnd Bank
Mr. Manikandan Chokkalingam, Sify Ltd.
Learning in a nurturing environment is what JSB offered to me. Opportunities to explore my own potential was abundant. The kind of education that JSB gave to me was a wholesome one, not just knowledge from the books, but exposure to persons from various industries, own projects, and industrial visits. JSB was a place where I was inspired to excel at whatever I do.

“Courage is not the absence of fear but the ability to go ahead in spite of fear” – JSB gave me the thirst for adventure in my life. Learning is a fun - filled experience in JSB. With the world class infrastructure, it gave me a feeling of a multi- national company. Encouraging and motivating words of faculty and teaching style combined with the personality development classes and other resources made me grow and bring out my inner talent. It helped me to interact with outside world with its interactive programmes and an excellent library. And I love JSB for its union with Nature which always kept me in an energizing and pleasant mode. In a simple way I would say that JSB is an opportunity given to me to unlock my potential.
JSB was a place which gave me not just a job but an identity - a knowledge resort where we enjoyed learning round the clock.
The time spent at JSB was a transformational period for me. Looking back as a student, it is a place where I experienced a spectrum of growth. I am extremely happy that I was able to find a business school, which aided my self-development to the extent JSB has done. I would like to accentuate a significant role of the college in my life. First, I got some specific knowledge. Secondly, the foundations for my future profession were established. Last, I met some wonderful people and made lifetime friends “You can come out of JSB but you can never take JSB out of yourself.”
August 15, 2007 is the day I entered JSB with the tag JSBian proudly holding it. I was sailing on the ship for two years were I had loads of fun with learning both in acadamics and in extra-curricular activities with the support rendered by our Gurus who moulded us and extracted our hidden talent. JSB made us explore the new routes in our life. We learnt that there are different ways of doing a single task. The cognitive bucket what we fetched from JSB through different mode as Presentation, Case Studies, Live Projects along with Guest Lectures, showed us the right path for our growth. JSB has played a major role in our life and has given us a proper shape to our future.
Mr. R. Rajkumar Schwartz, HCL Infosystems Ms. G. Nathiya, Odyssey India Ltd.
Mr. Pravin Kumar Santhanam, Sundaram Finance Ltd., Mr. S. Murali Krishnan, Mahindra & Mahindra
I have had a memorable and a wonderful experience at JSB. JSB has provided the right platform for me to learn and nurture my dreams. It has an excellent culture, wonderful environment where you get to learn from managing oneself to managing people. Being in the Placement Committee and the Harmony – the HR Club, taking initiatives, I have been able to learn a lot. Unless you experience learning at JSB, you wouldn't know it.
I have been an average student all through my academics; all I wanted was a right platform and a proper guidance for career. This was given by JSB and from thereon, it has been continuous value addition for me. The campus and the atmosphere by itself throw a lot of opportunities to all the budding managers who aspire to have a great career.
Mr. D. Srinivas, CareerNet Consulting Mr. M.K. Tharani Prakash, Axis Bank
The two years I spent in JSB is the most valuable period of my life. It not only taught me the management lessons, but also it inspired me to have a vision in my life and courage to follow it. Today I am doing what I love to do, and really proud of doing it.
It was two great years with JSB. Right from the entrance to exit there were a lot of experiences which helped me to groom myself. The learnings came not only from class room sessions but also through a lot of activities and researches and readings . JSB was also a great platform for showcasing myself in various fields such as quiz . The experience that I got by conducting the Alumni Meet and Induction for juniors is helping me a lot in my career.

REFLECTIONS ON JSB
I am very impressed with the earnestness and commitment of JSB team in spearheading the growth of this institute. I wish you all the very best in your journey.
The campus is very pleasant - the vast space and the lush greenery that has been so nicely spread all along the thoroughfares - the immaculate maintenance and the modern facilities. I am sure the students will be so much better off for having spent these couple of years in your fully residential campus.
An excellent location backed with a great infrastructure. Students have the benefit of utilizing these two and the knowledge / experience of their faculty members.
I had a fascinating experience of highly committed students actively listening for over 90 minutes. Their questions revealed their high level of inquisitiveness. Very beautiful campus. I wish you all the very best to develop yourselves into a World–Class institution.
