There is a bar located adjacent to the BBQ area that is automatically set up as a cash bar for public sales. If you would like to provide drinks for your group, you can choose to: • Run a tab • Purchase drink vouchers: $5.00/voucher (Valid for 20 oz draft, wine, bottled beer or malted beverage) All vouchers arranged in advance of game (All alcohol sales stop at the end of the 7th inning) (ages 3-12) $12.00/adult & $8.00/child THE ALL-AMERICAN 2014 ALTOGAS BBQ AREA CATERING MENU An estimated head count for food is due no later than TWO (2) weeks prior to your event date. Your group is responsible for paying 80% of that guaranteed number or the number of BBQ passes used, whichever is greater the day of your game. A minimum quantity of 20 meals purchased is required with all hospitality deck rentals. The 80% does not apply to this minimum. The Whitecaps will provide your group with nametags for your hospitality area. They will have your group or company name and serves as a deck ticket and “food pass” during your meal time. In the event that your BBQ area is split with another group, each group will have separate name tags. Payment Information: Payment for your BBQ meals is due on or before your game date. The Whitecaps accept all major credit cards, cash, and check as payment. Sales Tax and Service Charges: Michigan’s 6% sales tax and a 15% service charge will be applied to your total bill. Save 10% when you pre-pay: Pre-pay for your meals at least TWO weeks prior to your game date and receive a 10% discount off your meal plan and add-on items. Payment MUST be received by the two week deadline to receive the discount. Any additional meals over your pre-payment can be paid for at the game. All pre-payment sales are final.
