TELEPHONE SERVICE:Each suite/field box is equipped with a telephone with internal and external access. There is no charge for phone service or local calls. To make local calls dial 9 and then the number (add 913 if your call is in Kansas). For long distance calls please use a phone credit card.

FOR ASSISTANCE ON GAME DAY, YOU MAY CALL:1. CONCIERGE: Gameday concierge will assist you with all gameday needs and questions. Any

issues or problems should be directed to this line. Should additional assistance be needed, Chiefs concierge staff can also page members of the suite services team

2. CATERING: Utilize this line for additional food and beverage needs.

3. EMERGENCY: Only use this in case of emergency such as medical, fire, situations requiring police intervention, etc. You may also dial 911 directly (9 - For an outside line, then 911).

SUITES, FIELD BOXES & FIELD LEVEL SIDELINE SUITES: You and those designated by you are the only people with access to your suite. Your keys are the responsibility of the leaseholder and are not to be duplicated. If keys are lost, please contact your Suite Representative Kellen Begnoche or Molly Brown immediately. At the end of your suite term, keys are to be returned to the Kansas City Chiefs.

Your suite will be unlocked for you upon arrival. If you need additional assistance on game day please use your suite phone to contact your nearest concierge.

ACCESS TIMES For Chiefs games, the gates open 1½ hours prior to kickoff, however the Scout Investments Club Level will be open 2½ hours prior to kickoff.

ENTRANCES If you choose to enter prior to the general stadium opening time, please enter at the closest spiral to your suite or at either of the escalators on the north or south side of the stadium, via the special VIP entry lane.

DEPARTURE PROCEDURES We are pleased to offer you the opportunity to remain in your suite or field box for up to one hour after the conclusion of the game or other stadium events.

SCOUT INVESTMENTS CLUB LEVEL ENTRY & DEPARTURE To ensure the exclusive nature of the Scout Investments Club Level (SICL), it will be necessary to have a Scout Investments Club Level Pass, Field Box Pass or Suite Pass to enter the SICL concourse.

» Game passes will be marked upon entering the level.

» When leaving the level, guests wishing to return will have their hand stamped.

» To regain entry into the SICL, guests must present their pass, along with their stamped hand.

The Scout Investments Club Level will be open 2½ hours prior to kickoff as stated above. For non-Chiefs games and other stadium events, the Scout Investments Club Level will open at the same time as the rest of the stadium, unless otherwise communicated.

Guests may access the Scout Investments Club Level via elevators located near the Tower Gate, Gates C & G and near the ticket office at the Plaza West Gate. Please note that Gates C & G open when the regular stadium gates open 1 ½ hours prior to kickoff.

CLEAR BAG POLICY:Fans will be able to carry the following style and size bag, package, or container at stadium plaza areas, stadium gates, or when approaching queue lines of fans awaiting entry into the stadium:

» Bags that are clear plastic, vinyl or PVC and do not exceed 12” x 6” x 12”. (Official NFL team logo clear plastic tote bags are available through club merchandise outlets or at nflshop.com)

» One-gallon clear plastic freezer bag (Ziploc bag or similar).

» Small clutch bags, approximately the size of a hand, with or without a handle or strap, may be carried into the stadium along with one of the clear bag options.

» An exception will be made for medically necessary items after proper inspection at a gate designated for this purpose.

Prohibited items include, but are not limited to: purses larger than a clutch bag, coolers, briefcases, backpacks, fanny packs, cinch bags, luggage of any kind, computer bags and camera bags or any bag larger than the permissible size.

GENERAL EMERGENCY PROCEDURES:Should you ever need to evacuate your suite or field box, remember the following:

» Keep calm – do not panic.

» Listen for instructions from security personnel, stadium employees, and the PA announcer.

» Do not use the elevators. During an emergency, a sudden power failure could trap you inside.

» If you must exit the stadium, use the ramp located nearest your suite/field box location on one of the corners of the stadium.

IN CASE OF FIRE:Press the emergency button on your suite phone. If no one can be reached, please dial 911 directly

(9 - For an outside line, then 911).

EMERGENCY FIRST AID:Press the emergency button on your suite phone (Or use the 9 - 911).

IN CASE OF SEVERE WEATHER:Stay inside the stadium. The weather is closely monitored for changes. Everything possible will be done to allow you ample time to move to a more sheltered area of the stadium. Stay away from glass windows and doors. If time does not permit movement to the interior of the stadium, take shelter under sturdy tables or furniture and listen for further instructions.

APPROPRIATE BEHAVIOR:The comfort, safety and enjoyment of our fans is our primary concern. Therefore, we request that you and your guests maintain appropriate behavior and decorum at all times. You may refer to the Chiefs Fan Guide available online at www.goarrowhead.com, which includes a copy of the “code of conduct.”

ALCOHOL POLICIES:You may permit the complimentary service and consumption of alcoholic beverages in your suite or field box. Levy Restaurants will secure remaining liquor in your liquor cabinet after the event. Any beverage taken outside of a suite/field box must be poured into a plastic cup.

It is the Suite/Field Box Member’s responsibility to ensure that alcoholic beverages are served in accordance to state law. State liquor laws prevent liquor from being brought onto or leaving the premises. The legal drinking age is 21 in Missouri and will be enforced. If violations occur, law enforcement may remove those in violation and close the suite/field box for that event.

SMOKING POLICY:For the comfort of all Arrowhead guests, smoking is prohibited in the seating bowl and all areas of the stadium except the designated smoking areas. So that guests who smoke do not miss the game, TVs are provided in all areas with exception to the press stairwells.

OPERABLE WINDOWS:The Signature, Broadcast, and Sideline Select Suites feature operable windows that allow guests the ability to enjoy the game action from either a climate-controlled environment with the windows closed or to experience the roar of the crowd with them open. These windows are controlled electronically and should not be opened manually. If you would like to adjust your window, simply press the “Concierge” button on your suite phone and your concierge attendant will be happy to adjust them as needed.

PERSONAL ITEMS:Personal items may be brought into or taken out of the stadium in accordance with the game day stadium policy. A complete list of these items can be found online by visiting www.goarrowhead.com.

Your suite/field box will be secured between events; however, any personal items left in your suite are the sole responsibility of the leaseholder. The Chiefs strongly recommend personal items not be left in the field boxes. If you opt to not purchase your tickets for special events, please keep in mind your suite/field box will be leased to others.

SUITE AMENITIES:Each suite is tastefully decorated and ready for occupancy. Suite amenities include comfortable seating, wet bar, refrigerator, televisions, and climate control. Select suites and field boxes may contain a private or shared restroom. Upgraded restrooms are also available a short distance from your suite and/or field box. The Chiefs will clean the suite before events, furnish and pay for all utilities, and make repairs if necessary. Furnishings for the suite are provided and will be of reasonable quality and in good working order. The suite will be redecorated periodically.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCEYour Suite/Field Box is thoroughly cleaned and stocked before and after each event. If at any time your Suite/Field Box does not meet your approval, please contact us immediately.

REQUESTS FOR REPAIRS:Please contact your suite representative with any repair requests.

WASTE DISPOSAL:Keeping your suite clean is of utmost importance to our Suite Services Team. As such, Scout Investments Club Level waste attendants will visit regularly to remove your trash in a discrete manner. You may call the concierge desk at any time if your trash removal needs are immediate.

AMBASSADOR & CHIEFS CHEERLEADER APPEARANCES:

We are pleased to offer suite visits from Ambassadors and Chiefs Cheerleaders. Ambassadors are available to visit your suite upon request up to two times per year and Chiefs Cheerleaders are available every other game on a rotating basis. Both the Ambassadors and Cheerleaders will sign autographs during pregame activities. Schedules and locations will be communicated through the weekly gameday bulletin. KC WOLF APPEARANCES:Visits from KC Wolf can be arranged through your Suite Coordinator, please note there is a $40.00 service charge accompanied with these appearances. For more information, please contact Molly Brown at 816.920.4234 or [email protected].

SPECIAL OCCASIONS IN YOUR SUITE:If you or one of your guests is celebrating a special occasion in your suite (birthday, anniversary, etc.) on game or event day, we would love to help make this day more memorable. Special items can be ordered in advance including birthday cakes, balloons, floral, and other miscellaneous Chiefs items. ADDITIONAL SIGNATURE & BROADCASTSUITE GAMEDAY BENEFITS

BROADCAST SUITES:Guests of the Broadcast Suites will enjoy a complimentary pre-game buffet in the Broadcast lounge area. Broadcast Suite patrons will also have the option to order off of the regular suite menu to provide additional food and beverage inside of their suite.

SIGNATURE SUITES:Guests of the Signature Suites will enjoy various complimentary services in the Signature lounge area throughout each game. These services are subject to change. The weekly suite member gameday bulletin will announce the service that will be provided for that particular game. Other food and beverage items for your suite can be ordered off of the Levy gameday menu provided in your suite.

VALET PARKING: Valet parking is available for use by Signature and Broadcast Suite guests for all Chiefs games and stadium events beginning when stadium gates open until one hour after the event begins (ingress only).

TO USE THIS SERVICE:1. Guests should enter through Gate 5 from Raytown Road, stay in the right lane through the toll

plaza, turn right onto Dubiner Circle and merge left.

2. Continue in the left lane and turn left onto Red Coat Drive (after Lot E). At the top of the hill, turn left onto Hank Stram Way and follow the directions of the traffic staff to drop off your vehicle at the valet stand.

3. The valet attendants will personally deliver car keys and a map identifying the specific parking space in Lot E to each guest in your suite before halftime. Guests are free to pick up their cars at any time to exit the Truman Sports Complex.

If guests wish to forgo using the valet parking service, they may follow the directions above and self- park in the designated valet parking location in Lot E. Should you have any questions about this service, please contact Molly Brown at 816.920.4234 or [email protected].

TICKET INFORMATION

BUSINESS & TICKET OFFICES

The Chiefs offices are located in the University of Kansas Hospital Training Complex by Gate 5. The Ticket Office is located next to the Plaza West Gate between the Hy-Vee and Founder’s Plaza Gates on the north side of Arrowhead Stadium. The Chiefs offices are open Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.

CHIEFS KINGDOM PASS PROGRAMIn 2013, the Chiefs introduced the Chiefs Kingdom Pass program allowing us to extend the experience past 10 games a year to a 365 day relationship with the Chiefs. The Chiefs Kingdom Pass program is a fully integrated experience with a personalized website, loyalty program, ticket management platform and season ticket card replicating a season ticket.

Suite Members will receive a ticket card for each seat on their account for every home game that will grant them access to the stadium among many other great benefits such as the ability to earn points for their current activities and then use these points for items and experiences that they may not have ever had the opportunity to receive previously. The Chiefs are one of the first teams in the NFL to utilize this cutting-edge technology to provide a convenient ticket form to all Season Ticket Members. CHIEFS KINGDOM PASS PROGRAM FEATURES

TICKET MANAGEMENTAs in previous seasons, online ticket management will be quick, free and convenient.

TICKET FORWARDING AND PRINTING: Ticket forwarding allows Suite Members to send their tickets and/or parking in seconds via email making the delivery of these items quick and easy. Steps to print or forward tickets:

1. Log into chiefskingdompass.com using the Suite Member account number and password

2. Click the “Manage My Tickets” button on the left side of the screen

3. Click “Manage this Event” next to the event

4. On the pop-up window, click “Select an Action” from the drop down menu and select the action.

5. Verify the information and click the continue button.

6. Agree to the terms of use and click “Submit”

TICKET DONATION: Tickets may be donated to a select charity up to 72 hours prior to the game. Steps to donate tickets:

1. Log into chiefskingdompass.com using the Suite Member account number and password

2. Click the “Manage My Tickets” button on the left side of the screen

3. Click “Manage this Event” next to the event

4. On the pop-up window, click “Select an Action” from the drop down menu and “Donate Tickets”

5. Select from the list of charities, verify the information and click the continue button.

6. Agree to the terms of use and click “Submit”

SPECIAL CONCESSION PRICINGSuite Members may present their Chiefs Kingdom Pass to receive - $1.00 off the top 10 fan favorite concession items in the stadium. Special pricing is offered at every permanent concession stand inside Arrowhead Stadium. Ten loyalty points are awarded for every dollar spent at these locations when using the Chiefs Kingdom Pass as well.

MERCHANDISE DISCOUNTSSuite Members may present their Chiefs Kingdom Pass to receive a merchandise discount at the Chiefs Pro Shop and stadium merchandise locations. Suite Members account numbers will work as a promotional code for the official online store of the Kansas City Chiefs, shop.kcchiefs.com; thus each time the Suite Member account number is entered for a purchase of a non-sale item online, a discount will be applied. Five loyalty points are awarded for every dollar spent at these locations when using the Chiefs Kingdom Pass as well.

CHIEFS KINGDOM PASS LOYALTY PROGRAM Engagement with the Chiefs earns Suite Members points that they will have the opportunity to redeem for great prizes through weekly auctions and redeem now options.

Points are awarded for their current behaviors with the Chiefs. For example points will be awarded each time the Chiefs Kingdom Pass is swiped at concession stands and at merchandise location at Arrowhead, for arriving in the parking lot 3 hours prior to kickoff and in the stadium before 1 hour prior to kickoff, for attending training camp and much more.

ADDITIONAL EVENT NOTIFICATION & TICKET REQUESTS

Additional events such as college games, concerts, conferences, etc. are periodically held at Arrowhead Stadium. We will notify you via email of these events once we are authorized by the promoter to offer tickets. In regards to college games, you may reserve your suite/field box pursuant to the terms of your contract. Please be sure to adhere to the deadlines listed on the email notifications in order to reserve your suite or field box. Ordering guidelines will be listed in the email notification.

ACCOUNT PAYMENTS AND INQUIRIESAll account payments should be made according to the terms of your Lease Agreement, and invoices will be sent as outlined.

E-LEVY.COMFor the 2014 season, we will continue to utilize e-Levy.com, our online suite catering system, accessible through www.e-Levy.com/arrowheadstadium. The site is set up to deliver exceptional services to Suite Members by creating an efficient, reliable, and user-friendly e-Business solution for suite ordering. Food and beverages can be ordered quickly and conveniently, at anytime, from anywhere. With e-Levy, you can:

» View menu item descriptions and photos to create your perfect meal.

» Order for one game or create a menu template to use for multiple games, or all season.

» Add special notes and comments regarding preparation, service, billing, or any other information you wish to share.

The Catering Administrator communicated with your Suite Representative will receive additional e-Levy information prior to the start of the season. If you need assistance using e-Levy, please contact your suite services representative.

ORDERING INFORMATIONAdvanced orders are necessary to achieve the utmost in presentation, service and quality for you and your guests’ gameday and event enjoyment.

GAMEDAY REQUESTSUpon your request, snack items and beverages will be readily available in the suites for the duration of the game. To better serve you and your guests’ last-minute needs, Levy Restaurants will make a limited “Gameday” menu available in your suites/field boxes.

Simply place these orders on game day using the preprogrammed catering button on the phone in your suite. For your convenience, a complete listing of the 2014 Levy suite menu will be emailed to you prior to the season. Levy Restaurants will attempt to fulfill any other specialized menu requests whenever possible.

PLACING A BEVERAGE ORDER:Your bar may be stocked with your choice of brand name products. A full range of beverages is listed for you in the menu. It is recommended you establish a desired level of liquor, beer, wine and soft drink inventory. Refer to the recommended bar inventory displayed in the beverage section of your menu.

Should you have any special beverage requirements or need additional beverages, please let us know in advance to ensure proper set-up. You may purchase additional beverages during an event through your host/bartender or by calling the preprogrammed catering line from the phone in your suite.

FOOD & BEVERAGE DELIVERY:Delivery of all food orders to your suite/field box will occur prior to the time your suite/field box opens for each event unless alternative arrangements have been made. Due to spoilage or presentation concerns, some items may be kept in our kitchens to ensure quality until closer to kickoff. Please notify us if you would like these items delivered by calling the preprogrammed catering number on your suite phone. A suite/field box representative will check in with you periodically to verify the completion of your food and beverage order to your satisfaction. After reviewing the invoice(s), an authorized signature will be requested.

SUPPLYING OR REMOVING FOOD AND BEVERAGE:All food and beverage products in the suites are handled exclusively by our caterer. Accordingly, it is not permissible for patrons to bring food or beverage into the stadium. Extra food may be removed following an event. Please call the caterer on the preprogrammed number on your suite phone for take home containers. Beverages may only be removed after the season.

BARTENDERS & HOST:Having a suite host and/or bartender allows for a worry-free experience so you can focus on your guests. If you would like a bartender or host for your suite/field box we will be happy to arrange one for the season or per game through our caterer, Levy Restaurants. Please note, Levy host services are tied to a $100 service charge per game. Please contact Molly Brown at 816.920.4234 or [email protected] and we will make the arrangements for you. You are welcome to tip your bartender or host as you deem appropriate.

EQUIPMENT:All supplies, such as knives, forks, spoons, plates, cocktail and dinner napkins, glasses, salt and pepper shakers, and corkscrew will be provided in your suite/field box. Please keep your supplies in the same location in order to facilitate inventory of the products on hand and replenishing as needed. Please do not remove the complimentary items from the premises.

BILLING & PAYMENT PROCEDURESWe want to ensure that your event billing is always accurate and complete. Payment method for Levy Restaurants is due by Credit Card prior to the event when the order is placed. Levy accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express. Additional game day charges will be added to your itemized invoice outlining all charges in detail. You may opt to request these receipts via email or mail. Please advise us of your preference. Guests who are not authorized to charge on your behalf may pay with Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express. All food and beverage is subject to appropriate tax and a service charge.

CANCELING AN ORDERIn the event that you must cancel your order, please notify us immediately. No charges will be assessed if your order is canceled by 4 p.m. on the business day prior to the event

MERCHANDISE AND NOVELTIES:The Kansas City Chiefs Team Store at Arrowhead Stadium features the widest variety of the latest Chiefs sportswear and memorabilia. The Chiefs Team Store is located near the Founder’s Plaza Gate and may be accessed during the game using the north side escalator. There will also be three areas on the club level where you may purchase Chiefs gear; those locations are near the Sprint & Hy-Vee Gate entrances and atop the escalator on the south side of the Scout Investments Club Level (see “Scout Investments Club Level” and “Field Level” maps on pages 13 and 14).

TEAM STORE HOURS:

IN SEASON:Monday-Saturday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Gameday from the time parking lots open until 90 minutes post-game.

OFF-SEASON:Tuesday-Saturday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

You may always purchase the latest Chiefs merchandise via the official team pro shop at shop.kcchiefs.com.

CHIEFS GIFT CARDS:Chiefs gift cards are a great gift for any occasion for the avid Chiefs fan. Chiefs gift cards are redeemable at all permanent concession stands, bars, and Chiefs merchandise locations within the stadium. Gift cards are available for purchase at the Chiefs Ticket Office and all area Hy-Vee stores.
