TRI-TOWN SCHOOL

Dear Parents and Guardians:

Thanks to a supportive community, highly qualified and committed teachers, dedicated staff, and engaged parents, Tri-Town neighborhood schools are more robust and academically rigorous than ever.

In this brochure, you will learn about each of the Tri-Town area’s seven neighborhood schools, their outstanding instructional focus programs, additional resources in career and technical training, and online learning options available to our students.

You will also learn about numerous accomplishments reached by Tri-Town area schools and the growing number of corporate grants and partnerships that are further enriching our student’s learning experience.

Since the passage of the 2008 capital improvement bond, St. Vrain has built a new high school in Frederick and renovated two older schools to accomodate a new K-8, Thunder Valley, and a premiere STEM preschool program, Spark! Discovery Preschool.

All St. Vrain neighborhood schools, including those in the Tri-Town area, are fully wireless and feature cutting edge technology tools such as laptop carts, overhead projectors, SmartBoards and document cameras.

As Superintendent, I am extremely proud of the expanding network of the Tri-Town area’s high-quality schools, the highly engaging instructional programs, and the outstanding teachers, students and staff. Please feel free to contact any of our principals for more information or a school tour.

Sincerely,

Don Haddad, Ed.D.(303) [email protected] Twitter: @SVVSDSupt

STEM

STEM programming is a guiding principle at SPARK! Discovery Preschool.
