REGISTRATION: Registration for the Fall Conference should be received prior to November 30. Registration fees are listed on the registration form. A $25 late fee will be assessed after November 30. Full refunds will be made for cancellations by November 24. From November 18-30 a $30 cancellation fee will apply and there will be no refunds after November 30.
FOOD BANK COLLECTION: We will be collecting canned goods and or nonperishable food items for the Greater Baton Rouge Food Bank. Please consider participating in this AGA community service project.

Hotel Accommodations The special rate of $94 will be honored at the Holiday Inn South located at 9940 Airline Highway
in Baton Rouge. Reservations can be made by phoning the hotel directly at (225) 924-7021 or online by referencing AGA. The deadline to receive this special rate is November 29, 2015. The hotel will continue to accept reservations, at the group rate, after the cutoff date, on a space available basis.
