The Fall Leadership Conference registration site is open.
Before you begin the registration process, review the Fall Leadership Conference Information Packet posted on www.ohiobpa.org. The packet contains descriptions of the conference workshops, the conference schedule, and State Officer and pin design election details.
To register, open the registration site at http://www.registermychapter.com/flc/oh/Main.asp Click Conference Registration on the opening screen to begin the registration process.
Current BPA advisors and new advisors who have requested a login will use the membership login and password received from Shawna Gfroerer, National BPA Membership Director. If you are new to BPA and do not have a password, click the link to add your school, or contact [email protected] or 614-466-5574, for login and password. You have created your advisor registration. Click Submit to move to the next screen.
Click Add New Name to begin registering your students. Because membership is not required for FLC, you must enter the name of each student who will attend the conference.
For each registered individual, choose the appropriate Status designation from the dropdown box. In addition to Student, you will see
Middle Level Student Advisor (be sure to select sessions, there are several) Advisor – Presenter (only if you are on the official schedule to present at FLC) Voting Delegate(5 per school) Special Needs Attendant (no registration fee) State Officer Officer Candidate Campaign Manager Post-Secondary Student Post-Secondary Advisor Presenter
Ignore the information about teams on this page. That category is not applicable to FLC registration.
As illustrated, the Opening and Closing General Session will automatically be added to each registration. The descriptions for the sessions are listed on the website at http://ohiobpa.org/conferences/fall-leadership-conference/.
You will choose an option for each session for each person. One session per person will need to be lunch. Choose a lunch session (A or B) and keep in mind that the food court is always very crowded. Take advantage of the preorder pizza option or bring bagged lunches from school so that students can eat and then attend their next session on time.

When each individual’s registration is complete, click Submit at the top of the Event listings. When all attendee for your chapter or school are complete, you invoice will appear. You can access your registration and make updates until registration closes on November 6. When you are sure your registration is final, print a copy for your supervisor per your school policy.
