Deadline for additional advertising, entry forms and photo is Thursday, June 28th. Forms and photos received after that date will incur a $75 Late Fee. Participants may pay their balance due at Registration at the pageant, but are encouraged to pre-pay their fees in order to avoid waiting in long lines the day of registration. Indicate the age that you will be upon registration day at the pageant. You must send in this completed form and at least $200.00 of your total fees (unless you submitted $200.00 with your Deposit Form) in order for your place to be reserved at the pageant. You will stay in the age group in which you participated in at your state or national pageant.

• A COVER GIRL is selected in each age division. Cover Girls have their winning photographs displayed on our exclusive “Cover Girl” page in the Program Book and will be forever immortalized in each State, National and International Program book by having their name placed in the special “Cover Girl Hall of Fame”. • COVER GIRLS receive an official "Cinderella Cover Girl" round crown, banner and trophy! They also receive a souvenir program book! • A $250.00 COMMUNITY SUPPORT is given to the single participant who sells the most advertising pages!The Community Support Award Winner also receives an official Round Crown, Banner and Trophy.

INSTRUCTIONS: We welcome ads that are already laid out. Ads should be sent to us with a file format of “.pdf” OR “.jpg”. The program book is printed in Black & White. The print quality is better if ads are submitted as black and white (however, color layouts are accepted). You can email your ads to [email protected] or you can place on a CD and send it in with your Entry Forms. If you want us to do the layout of your ad, send artwork desired and “mock up” for each AD. These Ads will be created at no charge by our advertising department but cannot be reviewed for approval. You are responsible for getting any permissions necessary for us to reprint photos in our program.

RULES & REGULATIONS1. The age of the participant as of September 1, 2017 will determine the age division in which she can compete at the Cinderella International Baby Pageant. However, if the participant has had a birthday between September 1st and the start of the International Pageant, she may elect to compete in the older age division.

2. A parent or guardian must accompany the participant on stage and will be solely responsible for their conduct and safety. During the Casualwear competition, the person accompanying the participant will introduce the child at the microphone giving the child's name, age and hometown. The parent IS NOT JUDGED however the judges panel will be instructed to consider the overall grooming of the person accompanying the child as this is a part of the overall stage presentation.

3. Children in the Cinderella Infant age category may be carried by the chaperone on stage. All other baby participants may be carried or may walk on their own, but should hold the hand of the accompanying adult at all times in order to avoid accidents. All age categories will follow the Cinderella modeling pattern.

4. Although there is no "interview" with the participants, the judges will view the contestants (with their chaperone) in "Close-up Appraisal/Playtime". This is designed to give the judges panel an opportunity to view the child in a more informal setting. The participant is asked to bring their favorite toy and may be dressed in the garment of their choice (a comfortable playwear outfit is suggested).

5. Casualwear is the time for the participant to be wear a "dressy" casual outfit. This includes shorts, pants, skirts or a casual dress.

6. Partywear Modeling is the opportunity for the participant to be seen in a nice dress. “Pageant dresses” are discouraged. Cinderella stresses “real kids in real clothes” and would like to see the participants in a dress appropriate in style and fit to the participant's age. An example of an appropriate dress would be an Easter Sunday dress. A good “rule of thumb” when selecting this garment (or any garment in the Cinderella program) is to ask yourself this question, “Would I allow my daughter to wear this outfit to an event other than a pageant?” If the answer is “Yes”, then the outfit is probably acceptable for Cinderella. If the answer is “No” then the outfit is most certainly inappropriate for Cinderella.

7. For the Photogenic Competition photographs must be received by mail or email ([email protected])along with the official entry blank. Photos may be "black & white" or "color". This photo will appear in the official International program book if received by the deadline. If the photo is emailed to us, please turn in the original photograph at Registration. The Photogenic Competition is judged from the participant’s actual photograph.

8. A memorable part of the International Finals is the exchanging of souvenir gifts with other participants. You will need to bring a minimum of 75 gifts for the participants, staff, judges and the reigning queens. These souvenir gifts are tokens of friendship from you and your area and may be donated to you by your city, state, Chamber of Commerce or the merchants of your area. They DO NOT have to be expensive. Simple, small, and thoughtful items are desired and will be treasured. Each gift should be personalized with your name, title and best wishes (NO ADDRESSES, PLEASE). Use your own imagination in preparing your souvenir gifts. We have found that the ideas are limitless. Some of the most outstanding gifts in the past have actually been made by the participants and their families. Remember, it is not the expense of the gift that is important, but rather the thought behind the gift that really makes it meaningful. Come on and join in the fun and help make this year's souvenir gift bags the most clever and creative in our history. Awards will be given for the "most Original Souvenir" and "Best Overall Souvenir" in your age division.

9. Awards*: Overall Winner in each baby division - Crown , banner, trophy, and a $2,000 CASH AWARD!* • Best Personality - Trophy, Crown, Banner • Beauty Winner - Trophy, Crown, Banner. • Cinderella Photogenic Winner - Trophy, Crown, Banner. • Alternates to the overall crown will receive official Cinderella Trophies. • One Cover Girl in each age division will be awarded to a participant who has placed at least one page of Program Book Advertising. These participants will be featured on the Cover Baby page in the Official International Program Book and will receive a trophy, crown and banner. One (1) Community Support Award award will be given to the Baby Pageant participant who sells the most Program Book Advertising. This is a $250.00 Cash Award (a minimum of four (4) full pages of ads must be sold!).

10. You MUST respond within 5 days of receiving this form to reserve your place. The Final Deadline for forms and photos for "International Cinderella Baby of the Year" is June 28th, 2018.
