Compensation“Better opportunities for a pay raise or bonus. Unfortunately, employees are forced to change positions to get any pay raise. Opportunity for advancement within a position is scarce.”
Communication“Clear, consistent, and credible communication from administrators would be helpful. Many decisions are often made without staff input, particular from those who will be directly affected.”
Resources and Community“So often we seem to be competing against each other for resources or attention or success, that if we could be incentivized to work together, we could finally break down some of the competition that keep our silos so strong. “

“I am here because of the institution's values, and because the institution appears committed to making strides in terms of inclusivity and diversity. I truly appreciate the work to engage in healing and acknowledgment of past wrongs regarding the Native American community, though I hope we can make more progress in the future.”

Why Honor Roll Schools?

• Due to low participation among peers, Honor Roll was used
• Normally would not use Honor Roll in pilot year
• Schools in Honor Roll are not typical DU peer schools
