MANUFAC TURING EXPERIENCE

DESIGN BENEFITS

Oliver Travel Trailers are manufactured by Oliver Fiberglass Products (OFP) in Hohenwald, Tennessee. It is one of several product lines produced at the OFP plant by the Oliver team.

The original Legacy Elite (18’ 5”) trailer produced in 2007 and 2008 was extremely popular with consumers, who appreciated its exceptional quality and great features. In 2009, we introduced the Legacy Elite II (23’ 6”) trailer, which was manufactured until the economic downturn - which hit the RV market especially hard - forced OFP to put the trailer division on hold. In early 2013, with the market showing strong signs of improvement, we made the decision to bring the Legacy Elite II back into production. The 2nd Generation Legacy Elite is now available with many of the upgrades we introduced in the latest Legacy Elite II travel trailer model.

In designing the “Ollie”, the Olivers wanted to set the standard in quality, durability and ease of use. Legacy Elite features include:

OLLIE CONSTRUC TION

CER TIFICATIONS

The Legacy Elite is double-hulled fiberglass travel trailer. The double-hull is constructed by utilizing an outer fiberglass shell and an inside fiberglass liner. Between the inner liner and outer shell, we add Prodex insulation and then chemically bond the inner liner and outer shell together. The inner liner and outer shell completely encloses all water tanks, water lines and wiring. No wood is used in the hull construction of an Oliver! This extraordinary and time consuming construction process results in the Oliver’s incredible strength, durability and an insulating factor to efficiently maintain comfortable indoor temperatures during hot and cold seasons. We then attach the double-hull to the 2” x 5” aluminum box tube frame. Along with its aerodynamic shape, we strategically place the holding tanks and batteries to give our trailers proper weight distribution, resulting in a superior controlled tow on the open road.

Oliver Travel Trailers are certified by RVIA and the NATM. RVIA is a national trade association representing nearly 300 manufacturers that perform six unannounced plant inspections per year to ensure their members are following the proper guidelines specified by the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA 1192) and ANSI codes for plumbing and electrical, similar to codes used in new home construction. NATM promotes awareness among its members of best industry practices and provides a voice for trailer manufacturers with regard to trailer safety, regulations and DOT compliance.

EX TERIOR

Something intended as a legacy, to be passed from one generation to the next, has to be built to last. With commercial-grade gel coat and multiple layers of hand-laid composite materials, our shells have a structure strength superior to any products on the market today. A simple wash and wax will maintain their beauty for years to come. The robust aluminum frame structure ensures that, unlike steel frames, no joint will weaken and give way due to rust. Because our shells are 100% composite, there are no concerns about wood rot. Marine-grade stainless steel latches and hinges inside and out also contribute to the Ollie’s durability and minimum maintenance needs.

INTERIOR

As in the exterior, the attention to detail and quality components found in the interior of the Ollie offer durability, low maintenance and tech-savvy amenities. The interior finish is the same gleaming and beautiful fiberglass finish you see on the exterior and has a similar feel to being inside a small yacht. We leave out items like carpet and paneling that can produce harmful VOCs and reduce indoor air quality. With options including Standard or Twin Bed floor plans, a variety of flooring and fabric choices, and optional upgrades like our Fiber-Granite countertops package, you can create an interior to fit your style and needs.

FIBER-GRANITE COUNTERTOPS & ACCENTS

Fiber-Granite is a luxury countertop upgrade and is custom molded from fiberglass, gel coated and then polished to resemble granite. It will replace all available standard countertop surfaces. The Standard countertop surfaces include the black side dinette and rear dining tables, white molded fiberglass on the kitchen galley and bathroom countertop, along with wood accents under the pantry and microwave.

WARRANTY

General : Oliver warrants its products to be free of defects in material and workmanship under normal use for a period of one (1) year from the date when first placed in service.

Aluminum Undercarriage Trailer : Oliver warrants to the original only that the aluminum frame undercarriage trailer, manufactured by Oliver, is free of defects in material and wokmanship under normal use for a period of five (5) years from the date when first placed in service.

Fiberglass Body : Oliver warrants to the original purchaser only that its fiberglass body is free of defects in material and worksmanship under normal use for the life of the body.
