PLEASE NOTE
INDICON is the flagship Annual International Conference of the IEEE India Council. It has its origins in the
Annual Convention and Exhibition (ACE) of the Council, which transformed into INDICON in 2004, which
was conducted at IIT Kharagpur.

Section from 13 - 15 December 2019, at Marwadi University, Rajkot (GUJARAT).
THEME: Applying Artificial Intelligence in Engineering for Humanity.

The Conference aims to provide an active platform for research scientists, engineers, and practitioners
throughout the world to present their latest research findings, ideas, and applications in the fields of
interest which fall under the scope of IEEE.
Prospective authors are invited to submit original research papers (not being considered for publication
elsewhere) in standard IEEE conference template (find the standard template at
www.ieee.org/conferences/publishing/templates.html ) describing new theoretical and/or experimental

The length of the paper must not exceed 4 pages (including figures, tables, references and appendices)

A distinguished panel of accomplished role models from Industry and Academia will be available for an informal luncheon
interaction with YPs and WIE participants.
A special half-day bootcamp is planned for innovators and budding entrepreneurs. A highly distinguished panel of
successful young CEOs/CTOs will be arranged in an open house for aspiring innovators and entrepreneurs to learn from
their success stories and failures as well.
A roundtable will be arranged for mentor-mentee relation to take off.
Proposals for Tutorials, Workshops and Focused Sessions (on topics like wearable devices, Sensors in Industrial Practice,
Technology in Education etc.) are also solicited.
Presented papers will be included in the Proceedings of IEEE INDICON 2019 in IEEE Xplore provided they meet IEEE quality
standards.
