Complete replacement of approximately12,000 sq.ft. of existing foam roofing system.New system will have 20 year total system warranty.
Removal and replacement of approximately71,000 sq.ft. of existing roof system top coat and1” +/- existing foam. New system will have 20 yeartotal system warranty.

Reconfiguration of entry stairs and lobby to providea secured access route for visitors. New storefrontframing system with riot glazing will be used to createthe welcome center zone and doors will be controlledelectronically by office staff.

Modification to elevator control to allow those withaccessible need access to lobby level only.
Installation of duct work in gymnasium for new airconditioning system.
Replacement of building boilers with new moreefficient systems.
