ABOUT THE STATE & LOCAL GOVERNMENT RELATIONS CONFERENCE
The Public Affairs Council’s State & Local Government Relations
Conference brings together practitioners, experts and consultants
to discuss fundamentals, emerging trends and advanced strategies
in state and local government relations. Key to this conference are
community-building and networking opportunities where
practitioners and consultants can establish new connections and
gain insights from each other.
Due to COVID-19, this year the conference will be taking place on an interactive, streamlined
virtual platform which will allow for networking and interaction among attendees. It will take
place over two half-days on September 22 and 23, 2020.
Find the conference agenda HERE.
AUDIENCE
In 2019, 200 public affairs professionals participated, with representatives from numerous Fortune 500
companies, trade associations and professional societies in attendance. For the 2020 virtual
conference, we anticipate around 200 may attend.
SPONSOR BENEFITS
Promote and Connect
Sponsoring the State & Local Government Relations Conference allows you to showcase your brand to
attendees. Your name and brand are present during pre-conference marketing and throughout the
conference itself, which gives you ample exposure in front of key public affairs executives and other
decision makers in the state and local government relations (GR) community.
Network and Connect
You will also have the opportunity to network and interact with attendees virtually during the
conference, providing you with valuable exposure to key decision makers and future leaders. Sponsors
receive access to the attendee list, including exclusive access to full contact information, for event-
related communications. Please see our sponsorship policies for additional information.
We Value You
We appreciate what you bring to the state and local GR community and to our conference. We are
dedicated to working with you to ensure that you get the most out of this event.
