THE SIZE OF BATHROOMHAS BEEN INCREASED, KITCHENS RELOCATED AND BUILT INFURNITURE REMOVED FOR BETTER FLEXIBILITY. BAY WINDOWSHAVE BEEN ADDED TO EAST FACING UNITS. THE MATERIALPALETTE OF THE EAST FAÇADE HAS ALSO BEEN REFINED ANDSIMPLIFIED. THE LANDSCAPE PLAN HAS BEEN UPDATED TOADDRESS DRC COMMENTS AND THE CHANGE IN BUILDINGLENGTH. A PAINTED METAL FENCE HAS ALSO BEEN ADDEDAROUND THE FRONT YARD.

THE PROFILE OF THE HALO ONTHE TOP OF THE SHATTUCK FAÇADE HAS BEEN UPDATED TOAPPEAR LIGHTER.
IN SUMMARY, THE UPDATED PROJECT HAS ADDRESSEDDRC COMMENTS AND IMPROVED UNIT INTERIORS WHILEINCREASING THE SIZE OF THE BUILDING A SMALL AMOUNT. THELOOK, LAYOUT, HEIGHT AND MASSING OF THE BUILDING HASREMAINED ESSENTIALLY UNCHANGED.
