Local Area
If you feel like escaping work for a moment, the scenic Regent’s Park is only a few minutes’ walk away. A haven of green space, it is the ideal place in which to relax and unwind. Alternatively its many sports pitches play host to softball tournaments and the like. And if the weather is kind a quiet corner provides a perfect meeting location.
If you are feeling restless, take a walk along the picturesque canal or explore the famous Camden Market. For a culture kick, turn to the annual Frieze Art Fair or watch a play at the Open Air Theatre in Regent’s Park.
For a taste of local culture, head to Camden after work. The vibrant Camden area is known for its excellent pubs, iconic music venues and urban art scene.

Office Space Air Flow System
Tempered fresh and recirculated air is supplied into the floor void from the main cooling and heating air handling unit on the roof. Air circulates through the floor void and into the office space through swirl floor diffusers. Air is then extracted back to the roof air handling unit where heat is recovered.
Heating is provided by floor trench convector heaters at the perimeter of the office. Solar shading is provided by the external building louvers reducing solar heat gains. Supplementary cooling fan coil units are provided in areas where louvres are not provided.
Sustainability
30 Brock Street incorporates a number of sustainability and energy reduction features, including:
• Connection to site-wide combined heat and power unit (CHP)
• Displacement heating, cooling and ventilation system to maximise energy efficiency
• Sedum roof
• Rainwater harvesting system for toilet flushing and external planting irrigation
• Pipework and ductwork systems design to maximise energy savings
• Variable speed fans and pumps to maximise energy savings
• Heat recovery provided to air handling units
• Dimmable low energy BREEAM ‘Excellent’ compliant lighting system
• PIR presence detection lighting control
• Perimeter daylight dimming lighting control
• Local occupancy control of lighting via local override switches
• BREEAM compliant energy metering
• Electric car charging points in basement car park
• PIR presence detection in toilet areas (for isolation of water systems)
• Dual flush toilets
• BREEAM compliant leak detection system
• BREEAM ‘Excellent’ rating
• EPC ‘B’ rating
