Series AMC 360 degree rotation paper roll clamps are designed for horizontal and vertical paper roll handling in a large range of diameters. Thanks to the wide range of capacities and openings, these clamps are suitable in a variety of applications in paper mills, ports, warehouses and printing companies.

Series AMC paper roll clamps have dedicated models available for single roll handling as well as for multiple roll handling. Pivoting long arm movement allows a wide roll diameter range handling with minimized overall unit dimensions.

The application, customer requirements, paper and wrapper type define the required friction surface.

Standard contact pads for all AMC series clamps models are metal-grain pattern.

Tilt IndicatorIncorrect lift mast tilt angle during lifting operations is one of the main reasons for various load edge damage in today’s lift truck handling. The Tilt Angle Indicator is an excellent tool to reduce this problem by providing easier, faster and more accurate lift mast positioning control.

Manually controlled four-stage pressure-relief valveThe manually controlled, four-stage pressure relief valve is a cost-effective way to set the clamping force on paper roll clamps. Four adjustable pressure settings.

Electrically controlled four-stage pressure-reliev valveThis valve enables easy clamping pressure selection from the lift truck cabin. Especially recommended for use in combination with paper roll clamps and other equipment when handling sensitive goods. Four adjustable pressure settings.

Chain slack prevention valveThe chain slack prevention valve reduces paper roll damage by stopping the downwards lift mast movement immediately when the load is lowered down. Extra slack in the mast chains will not cause the paper roll clamp to drop downwards when the clamp arms are opened.

Pressure-control lightsThe control lights are used in combination with electrically controlled four-stage pressure relief valve. Red, amber, green and blue lights in the light tower indicate the pressure setting selected to the pressure relief valve
