Owner of the document can send it for Approvalto all Approvers. Again Workflow ensures that
Approvers get Email Notification with QuickApproval link into that. As soon as all Approversapprove, the document is issued by the system.The Issued Document is considered as aconfirmed policy or procedure of theorganization, which has to be followed byeveryone across the organization.

organizations are informed about this and are givenIssue Notification by email, which ensures that all
concerned persons are informed about the Policy/Procedure.

As soon as Employee Profile is created by assigning
Primary and Secondary Job Titles to the employees,Training needs related with documents is generated bythe system. This ensures that everyone in theorganization and supervisors are aware of trainingrelated with their Work Profile.
System also maintains status of Training Recordsrelated with Policy Implementation as Due, Overdueand Seriously Overdue. Automated email reminders aresent to employees and supervisor of the employee.This puts required emphasis for timely study of thePolicy and Procedure.

Retraining Duration while creation of the document, which isvery important for certain Work Instructions. AutomatedProcess Manager generates retraining needs for all
impacted employees so that next round of training isensured.
Revision of Policies and Procedures is a routine practice, ontime to time basis revisions are bound to happen. As anyDocument is revised and issued as a Policy or Procedure,the system not only sends Issue Notification of revision, butalso creates Retraining Needs on Revised Policy for allimpacted employees. Previous version is Archived.
