Silex Slurry Bags are wet slurry filtration bags made from geotextile

woven material allowing water to filter through utilizing a dehydration

process by means of natural gravitation. Silex slurry bag’s fabric

design retains the solid concrete sediments while permitting the free

flow of water to be filtered into clean water allowing contractors the

ability to release on site.

Slurry bags are designed with multiple handles making it easier to

set up for use and for removal and disposal.

The manufacturing bonding process ensures even saturation and distribution of diamond abrasives throughout the bond adding to their longevity, durability and high performance.

Silex® BLACK H Series Diamonds are engineered and designed to provide

excellent flexibility to reach the bottom of low spots in the substrate’s surface

allowing a more consistent scratch pattern and overall refinement. The face design

provides maximum surface area contact resulting in the reduction of labor and the

time needed for the Operator to reach maximum refinement within each Black H

Silex® CLEAN CR Concrete Cleaner & Restorer is a robust easy to use, free rinsing and residue free cleaner designed specifically to clean, maintain, and restore polished concrete surfaces. Silex® CLEAN CR has been formulated with unique ‘reactive’ ingredients when activated with water, quickly dislodges dirt and grime from the substrate holding them in suspension.

Silex® CLEAN CR Concrete Cleaner & Restorer contains a measured amount of densifier that when properly maintained with regular use, will further refine the floors, increase abrasion resistance and will help 'restore' a shine back from dulled surfaces that may have not been maintained properly.

GLIDE DC - DUAL COMPOUNDS

Silex® GLIDE-DC (DUAL COMPOUNDS) is a neutral pH formula designed utilizing reactive colloidal silica technologies with hydrophilic properties which allows deeper penetration into the substrate due to its nano-sized particles. GLIDES’s fast-reacting components immediately begins chemically reacting with the concrete's matrix forming new CSH compounds in the micro-pores and micro-capillaries.

Silex® GLIDE-DC formulation has also been engineered with nano-abrasion technologies which act like an abrasive that enhances the diamond’s cutting capabilities providing faster, more efficient concrete removal. During the first cut, GLIDE-DC forms a reactive slurry that is pushed back into the substrate's micro-voids by the grinder’s head pressure where it continues to chemically react and bond with itself.

Silex® HARD is a neutral pH formula utilizing proprietary chemically reactive hydrophilic technologies that allow the solution to penetrate deeply and enable self-sealing properties. As Silex® Hard is applied it immediately begins chemically reacting within the concrete’s matrix forming insoluble cementitious compounds that effectively self-seal micro pores and hairline cracks. These fast-reacting hydrophilic properties close off pathways for moisture from any direction, therefore allowing the concrete itself to become the water barrier; a hydrophobic surface.

Silex® HARD densifier chemically produces a significantly harder, denser floor,

substantially increases the abrasion resistance and provides a durable dust-proofed

concrete surface which helps to reduce maintenance costs.

Silex® HYDRO-HARD densifier is a proprietary formulation specifically designed using a hybrid technology that provides active protection properties that provides a depth of penetration up to 8mm deep into the slab while also producing a silica film wear layer on the surface of the concrete. Silex® Hydro-Hard chemically reacts with the silicate matrix within the capillaries and pores, forming bonds that provide excellent hydrophobicity while allowing it to remain breathable.

Diamatic® has designed ULTRACUT™; a joint clean-out blade embedded with a diamond matrix on all sides of the cutting blade that will achieve optimum clean-out & cutting blade performance.

Conventional concrete saw blades made for cutting concrete have diamond seg-ments adhered only on two sides of the blades and are not made for cleaning the sidewalls of the joints efficiently, when in fact they can miss up to 40% of the side walls while packing the pores with dust and debris.

ULTRACUT'S™ engineered design creates a vortex that efficiently pulls debris from the pores and removes hard joint sealant material from each side of the joint’s side wall producing a clean, sound abraded surface for the joint filler to ad-here to.
