4.02 Novus Customer 6-month Policy A Novus Customer who has not made a purchase for six full calendar months will be automatically removed from the Company’s database. Q: Will Novus Customers receive a notification or a warning before being removed from the database? A: Yes, they will be sent an email prior to their removal from the system. A: The volume generated by an ID that has been removed from the database will click up to the next active upline. 4.04 Bank Charges for “Foreign” Bonus Payments Any 3rd-party charges or fees accrued on payments made to an FBO outside the Country in which the Profits/ Bonuses are earned will be the responsibility of the FBO. 4.05 36-Month Policy FBOs who have not made a purchase for 36 consecutive calendar months will be removed from the Company’s database. Q: Will this be automatic? A: Yes. Q: Can a previous FBO, that has been removed from the system via the 36 month policy, sign up again under any sponsor? A: Yes. Q: What does this Policy change accomplish? A: FBOs who have not purchased for 36 months have proven by their inactivity to have little interest in either the product or the opportunity provided by Forever Living. They are simply adding to the total number of FBOs in our database. Q: Will FBOs be given any warning or notice of their being removed from the database? A: The volume generated by an ID that has been removed from the database will click up to the next active upline. 6.05 12 Month Leadership Policy A Manager who is not Leadership Bonus Qualified for 12 consecutive months will permanently forfeit all downline Manager lines. Therefore, all downline Manager lines will become first generation inherited Managers to the next Leadership Bonus Qualified Manager in their upline. If a Manager is not Leadership Bonus Qualified for 11 months, they can use the 12th month as their 1st month of the 3 month requalification period and will not lose their downline Manager lines. Q: What does this Policy change accomplish? A: Managers who have not qualified for Leadership Bonus for 12 months are not putting forth the effort to build a business worthy of Leadership Bonus. Many times, when this occurs, the upline will step in to build and support the non-qualified Manager’s downline, only to find that, when that downline becomes significant, the Manager steps in and buys 12cc each month to “skim” the Leadership Bonuses. Thus, the upline are not fairly compensated for their effort. This will help to curb the practice of “skimming” Leadership Bonuses. Q: What if the Manager who lost downline Manager lines, subsequently develops another Manager line? A: If they develop a subsequent Manager line, they would be eligible to qualify for Leadership Bonus on that new Manager line. However, if they have another period of 12 months of not qualifying for Leadership Bonus any time after developing the new Manager line, they would lose that line as well. 14.01 12-Month Responsoring Policy An existing FBO can responsor under a different Sponsor after 12 months of inactivity. Q: The minimum time for responsoring is reduced from 24 months to 12 months. Why? A: It is felt that if FBOs are totally inactive for 12 months, and are keen to start over with a new upline, it is an indication that the previous upline paid little or no attention to their growth in the Company. Making FBOs wait for 24 months before responsoring seemed a bit too long to maintain their interest and enthusiasm. To be fair to the original upline, a period of 12 months is retained to provide time for them to work with their FBOs to assimilate them as valued members of their organization. Q: Does this apply to terminated FBOs as well? A: Yes, pending approval from their VP. Q: If an FBO responsors after the 12- month period, would their previous activity and downline be reinstated? 4.02 Polisi 6-bulan Pelanggan NovusPelanggan Novus yang tidak membuat sebarang pembelian selama enam bulan berturut-turut akan dikeluarkan secara automatik dari pangkalan data syarikat.

S: Adakah pelanggan Novus akan menerima notifikasi ataupun sebarang amaran sebelum dikeluarkan dari pangkalan data?

J: Ya, e-mel akan dihantarkan kepada mereka sebelum nama mereka dikeluarkan dari sistem.

S: Bolehkah Pelanggan Novus tersebut mendaftar semula di bawah mana-mana penaja?

J: Ya.

S: Adakah pelanggan Novus terdahulu ini tertakluk kepada dasar penajaan semula? J: Tidak, mereka boleh ditaja semula dengan serta-merta selepas

dikeluarkan dari pangkalan data.

S: Sekiranya Pelanggan Runcit memasukkan ID FBO apabila memesan dalam talian, dan ID tersebut telah pun dikeluarkan dari pangkalan data, ke manakah pembelian tersebut dimasukkan?J: Pembelian yang dikaitkan dengan ID yang telah pun dikeluarkan dari pangkalan data akan diagihkan kepada upline seterusnya yang masih aktif.

4.04 Caj Bank Bagi Pembayaran Bonus "Asing"Apa-apa caj ataupun yuran pihak ketiga yang terakru ke atas bayaran yang dibuat kepada FBO di luar negara dari mana Keuntungan/Bonus diperolehi akan menjadi tanggungjawab FBO berkenaan.

4.05 Dasar 36 bulanSesiapa FBO yang tidak membuat sebarang pembelian dalam tempoh 36 bulan berturut-turut akan dikeluarkan dari pangkalan data syarikat.

S: Adakah ini secara automatik?J: Ya.

S: Bolehkan FBO terdahulu, yang telah dikeluarkan dari sistem melalui dasar 36 bulan ini, mendaftar semula di bawah mana-mana penaja?J: Ya.

S: Apakah yang dicapai melalui perubahan dasar ini?J: Seseorang FBO yang tidak membeli selama 36 bulan membuktikan bahawa dia tidak lagi berminat dengan produk atau pun peluang yang disediakan oleh Forever Living. Mereka hanya memperbesarkan bilangan jumlah FBO dalam pangkalan data kami.

S: Adakah FBO berkenaan akan diberi amaran ataupun sebarang notis sebelum nama mereka dikeluarkan dari pangkalan data?J: Ya, e-mel akan dihantarkan kepada mereka sebelum nama mereka dikeluarkan dari sistem.

S: Jika seseorang FBO dikeluarkan dari pangkalan data, adakah terdapat tempoh menunggu sebelum mereka boleh ditaja semula?J: Tidak, mereka boleh ditaja dengan serta-merta, tetapi tanpa pemulihan tahap jualan mereka yang terdahulu mahupun organisasi downline mereka.

S: Sekiranya Pelanggan Runcit memasukkan ID FBO bagi pesanan dalam talian mereka, dan ID tersebut telahpun dikeluarkan dari pangkalan data, ke manakah jumlah pembelian itu dimasukkan?

J: Pembelian yang dikaitkan dengan ID yang telah dikeluarkan dari pangkalan data akan diagihkan kepada upline aktif seterusnya.

6.05 Dasar Kepimpinan 12 bulanSeseorang Pengurus yang tidak melayakkan diri untuk Bonus Kepimpinan (Leadership Bonus Qualified) selama 12 bulan berturut-turut akan kehilangan semua barisan downline Manager selama-lamanya. Dengan demikian, kesemua barisan downline Managernya akan menjadi pengurus diwarisi generasi pertama bagi Pengurus “Leadership Bonus Qualified” yang seterusnya dalam upline mereka. Sekiranya seseorang Pengurus tidak memiliki kelayakan untuk “Leadership Bonus Qualified” selama 11 bulan, dia bolehlah menggunakan bulan ke-12 sebagai bulan pertamanya untuk kelayakan semula selama 3 bulan dan tidak akan kehilangan barisan downline Pengurusnya.

S: Apakah yang dicapai melalui perubahan dasar ini?J: Seorang Pengurus yang tidak melayakkan diri untuk mencapai Bonus Kepimpinan (Leadership Bonus) selama 12 bulan itu tidak meletakkan usaha yang mencukupi untuk membina perniagaan yang layak menerima Leadership Bonus. Lazimnya, apabila ini berlaku, upline terpaksa melipat gandakan usaha untuk membina dan menyokong downline-downline Pengurus yang tidak layak tersebut, hanya untuk mendapati bahawa, apabila downline-downline tersebut maju dan besar, Pengurus tersebut mengambil kesempatan kembali membeli 12cc setiap bulan semata-mata untuk mengambil Leadership Bonus saja. Jadi, upline-upline tersebut tidak mendapat ganjaran yang sewajarnya atas usaha mereka. Ini akan membantu mengekang amalan ini.

S: Bagaimana jika seseorang Pengurus yang telah kehilangan barisan Pengurus downlinenya seterusnya mengembangkan barisan Pengurus yang lain?J: Jika mereka mengembangkan barisan Pengurus yang baru, mereka akan berkelayakan untuk mendapat Leadership Bonus di atas barisan Pengurus yang baru itu. Walau bagaimanapun, jika mereka mempunyai tempoh 12 bulan yang tidak layak untuk Leadership Bonus pada bila-bila masa selepas membangunkan barisan Pengurus yang baru ini, mereka juga akan kehilangan barisan tersebut.

14.01 Dasar Polisi Penajaan Semula 12 BulanSeseorang FBO yang sedia ada boleh ditaja semula di bawah penaja yang berbeza setelah tidak aktif selama 12 bulan.

S: Jangka masa minima untuk penajaan semula dikurangkan dari 24 bulan kepada 12 bulan. Mengapa?J: Ia didapati bahawa jika seseorang FBO langsung tidak aktif selama 12 bulan, dan dia masih berminat untuk bermula semula di bawah upline baru, ini menunjukkan bahawa upline terdahulu cuma memberi sedikit ataupun langsung tiada perhatian downlinenya tersebut. Untuk FBO berkenaan menunggu selama 24 bulan sebelum penajaan semula dibenarkan adalah terlalu lama untuk mengekalkan minat dan semangat mereka. Supaya adil kepada upline asalnya, tempoh selama 12 bulan diberi untuk mereka boleh kerja bersama dengan FBO yang ditaja mereka untuk mengasimilasikan mereka sebagai ahli organisasinya.

4.02 6个月政策六个月未购买产品的Novus Customer将自动从公司数据库中删除。

4.04 「国外」奖金发放引致的银行费用FBO于国外赚取的报酬/奖励,发放给FBO时所引致的任何第三方费用将由该FBO负担。

6.05 12个月领导政策连续12个月不符合领取Leadership Bonus资格的Manager将永远放弃所有下线的Manager线。所有下线的Manager线将成为第一代继承的Manager,属于其上线中下一位符合Leadership Bonus资格的Manager。如果Manager连续11个月不符合领取Leadership Bonus的资格,能以第12个月做为3个月重新取得资格期限的第1个月,也能继续保有下线的Manager线。

问:政策变更的目的是什么?答:连续12个月不符合领取Leadership Bonus资格的Manager并没有 努力打造值得享有Leadership Bonus的成功事业。通常这种情况 发生时,上线会介入协助不符合资格的Manager建立、支持其 下线,但是当该下线变得非常重要时,Manager会介入,每个月 购买12cc来「捞走」Leadership Bonus。上线的努力并没有获得 相对应的报酬,推出这项政策能减少「捞走」Leadership Bonus 的情形发生。

问:如果Manager失去下线的Manager线,随后又发展另一条 Manager线呢?答:如果他们之后发展出另一条Manager线,在这条新的Manager在线 就能符合领取Leadership Bonus的资格。不过开发新的Manager线 之后,如果又连续12个月不符合Leadership Bonus资格,仍会失去 该Manager线。

14.01 12个月再次推荐政策现任FBO连续12个月不活跃之后,可以在其他推荐人介绍下再次获得推荐。

问:再次推荐的最短期限从24个月缩减成12个月,为什么?答:公司认为FBO如果12个月完全不活跃,又很想跟随新上线重新开始, 表示之前的上线不够注意FBO在公司内的发展。让FBO等待24个月 才能再次获得推荐似乎过久,无法延续他们的兴趣与热忱。为求对 原本的上线公平,因此保留12个月期限,让上线能与其FBO交流, 将他们视为组织中的重要成员。

问:这项政策也适用于事业终止的FBO吗?答:是,需要其VP的同意。

问:如果FBO在12个月期限后再次获得推荐,他们能保留之前的纪录 和下线吗?答:否,12个月期限结束后获得再次推荐的FBO会以全新的FBO身分开始。
