Stakeholder needs to feel
confident of being able to have
a job and to do it without
problem, having the support of
family and friends, because
the work is an adult activity,
therefore work involves
responsibilities grow and
terner.!
My favorite idea:
Create a simulator that allows students
to experience the process of recruitment,
where there been a Human Resources
staff to do a job interviews, self-
diagnosis is performed examinations
and tests that are presented in the
institutions to determine the profile of
the position and detect the candidate's
skills.!
