Recipe 2 : Cheese Garlic BreadIngredients:1 Milk Bread1 Cup Grated Cheese10 Chopped GarlicChilli FlakesSalt and pepper to taste

Recipe 4: Venetian Style PastaIngredients:2 red onions, sliced1 tbsp olive oil200g pasta shapes4 tsp balsamic vinegar2 tbsp sultanas4 tsp capers, drained 2 tbsp toasted pine nuts, 140g spinach leaves

Step 3: Stir in the spinach with a splash of pasta water.

Drain the pasta, then toss with the onion mix and serve.

they’re very soft. Meanwhile, boil the pasta.

the pine nuts into the soft onions with some

seasoning, then cook for 1 min more to soften .

Recipe 5: Chicken in Red Wine SauceIngredients:Olive oil, ½ tsp salt1 tbs garlic minced800 Gms chicken breast halves1 tbs paprika powder50 gm brown sugar100 ml red wine1 tsp white pepper powder

Step 3: Pour red wine around chicken & cover for 15 to 20 minutes; lightly baste chicken with wine sauce while cooking. Serve hot.

Step 1 :Heat oil in a large in a pan & add garlic, cook until golden brown. Now add chicken, and cook about 10 minutes on each side, till chicken 3/4th cooked.

Step 2: Drain if any extra oil is there. Sprinkle chicken with paprika and brown sugar. Add Salt and Pepper.
