Tax Havens and European Banks

AnnAnne-Laure Delatte is CEPII Deputy Director and head of the International Macroeconomics and Finance program, she is also a Tenured Researcher at the French Institute for Scientific Research and a CEPR Research Affiliate in the Financial Economics Program. She is a member of the Conseil d'Analyse Economique, an independent, non-partisan advisory body reporting to the French Prime Minister, and of the Scientific Committee of Fondation Banque de France. Anne-Laure is currently a Visiting Scholar at the Griswold Center for for Economic Policy Studies at Princeton University. She holds a Ph. D. from the Paris 10 University.
