observed that a great majority of 

the subfloor framework to the

main dwelling had been renewed

and was in very good condition.

area of the main roof appeared

to be in good condition.

7.0 Summary/Conclusion

8. Overall the main dwelling on this property was in above average condition for a

property of this age. The majority of the rooms had been renovated to some degree

and were well maintained. The exception to this is the servants quarters and the

and the down stairs study and store room, which in my opinion were in below

average condition. Although I was not able to view all of the subfloor structure due

to limited access I noted that a great majority of the subfloor framework to the main

dwelling had been renewed and was in above average condition. I also noted that a

damp course had been installed to the majority of the main structure and fans were

installed under the ground level floor to assist ventilation.
