UD CARBON STRUCTURE

“UD carbon Structure” comprises of a final finishing layer of car-bon fibres which are woven into one single direction, a leading is then used to improve homogeneity; All this results in a stylish appearance and perfectly responsive frame!

PURE CARBON STRUCTURE

Our n°7even frames are rigid and lightweight while offering a simple design and great comfort! “pure carbon Structure” fibres provide an excellent elongation ratio in comparison to other materials! This is one of the reasons why carbon is used in the most up-to-date technologies in space, aviation, automotive and bike industry.

3-T CONNECTiON

A “3-T/Tube-to-Tube” connection allows us to control the thick-ness of the tubes and add reinforcements where needed. This results in a much stiffer, faster and more impact resistant frame.

MQ / MONOCOQUE RACE CONCEPT

The use of composite carbon materials in “Monocoque” skins allow strength, stiffness and flexibility to be controlled in different directions while optimising the weight of the frame.

Every Hybrid and Sports race aluminium frame is hand crafted, built with “6061 Allloy” to give the rider a resistant, durable and comfortable frame! Every purchased & registered n°7even bicycle frame has the right to n°7even war-ranty. Our warranty includes everything concerning defects in workmanship, production and materials, excluding paint & decals. The warranty is valid for a period of two years from the date of purchase as long as the frame is owned by it’s original registered owner.

This warranty is exclusively limited to repair or replacement of a defected frame. War-ranty service will be performed by an authorised n°7even representative. All claims under this warranty must be made through, and authorised by n°7even. Claims will be processed only after verification of the serial registration and proof of purchase by an authorised n°7even dealer.

According to the defect the n°7even staff will determine whether the owner comes in line for a complete warranty replacement or repair, including shipping & replacement of parts if necessary. (If repair dus not fall under our warranty label, the owner may still elect to have work undertaken but must pay full for labour, shipping and replacement components) Transportation of the bike to and from an authorised n°7even dealer is the responsibility of the owner.

WARANTy DOES NOT COvER DAMAGE CAUSED By

• normal wear and tear.• improper assembly and maintenance.• installation of non-compatible components.• failure, loss, accident, misuse, neglect, abuse, theft.• improperly use, for example: stunt riding, ramp jumping, acrobatics, or other similar activities that the product was not designed for. (bending of frames, forks, handlebars, seatposts or wheel rim may be considered a sign of misuse or abuse).

USEfUL PRODUCT LifECyCLE

Every n°7even frameset has a useful lifecycle, this is not equal to the warranty period. The warranty period indentifies the period of time that n°7even will replace or repair the frameset.

The lifetime warranty provided by n°7even does not guarantee this product will last forever! The length of the useful lifetime of our product is dependant upon numerous aspects, frame, components, riding conditions, weight, weather, maintainance and competition. Use of our products for any thing other than their intended purpose will substantially shorten the useful lifetime.

We strongly advise regular servicing by an authorised n°7even dealer* in order to maintain the working order of our product and to replace worn out components.
