What is a “The Dinner”?"The Dinner" is a unique and exceptionally fun adult only evening! Our community comes together at a private home for Havdallah, cocktails, hors d'oeuvres, dinner and dessert! This evening is an opportunity to have a great time and raise money for our amazing school!

Why should I attend?

For a few reasons! First, it is a great way to get to know your school community and meet new friends. Second, evenings like this help our community to grow closer. Third, all of the food and beverage for the evening is provided by the hosts. This means that every dollar made by The Dinner goes straight to our children!

Hot Lunch VolunteersIt’s just one hour! Our fabulous hot lunch program is in need of volunteers Lunch service requires very little time and is a great way to get involved in our school.  See your kids in action! Students love seeing their parents helping out too!

Lunch volunteers are needed from 11:45 a.m.- 12:45 p.m.

Two volunteers are needed daily to serve lunch lunch to our children. You can volunteer weekly or monthly - the choice is yours! You can click here to sign up to volunteer. You can email Melissa Swinney at lilvoice24@aol.com with any questions.

We are interested in brining Wildflour Bakery challah to IRDS for Friday deliveries. In order for this to work, we need a

commitment from enough families to make a minimum order. The challah at Wildflour is non GMO, preservative free, and

certified EarthKosher.

need to be returned to your child’s teacher no later than October 17th.

With food science, you can explore chemistry with COLOR CHANGING gummy bears, or dissolve eggshells with acid. We can make instant crystals, or break up chocolate into sawdust.

Is it possible to bend light or make food invisible? Turn a simple carrot into an underwater diver, or make POP Rocks jump like popcorn or shoot marshmallows out of a bottle?

If this sounds like fun, please join us for this exciting after school class.

Do you love to ACT, SING and DANCE?! If so, this is the PERFECT class for you! Ashley Falsnes &

Morgan Kaczor is so excited to present a BRAND NEW workshop for I lan Ramon students (1 st- 5th grade) that wil l focus on ALL aspects of

performing arts! ACTING: Theater games, Improv, Character work. We will also writing and

act in our own scenes/ commercials! SINGING: Work on your vocal skills with warm ups, range and breath work!

DANCING: Stretches, Across the floors and a creative HIP HOP routine!

Our final VARIETY STYLE SHOWCASE will include our comedy

scenes/ commercials, songs and dance routine!

Where you will meet Pirates, Lost Kids, Mermaids and Fairies! We will sing, dance and act our way through this musical theater show!

interactive games & more!

Cooking Around the World With Kim

During this session, your young chefs will be introduced to healthy and delicious recipes from different countries. Your child

will be excited to help in the kitchen, creating a fun cooking atmosphere at home with the family.

This class is for 1st - 5th grade students

Class will be held on Wednesday afteroons from 3:40-4:40 p.m.:

Taught by Ashley Falsnes, “MOVE & GROOVE” is an exciting and fun filled after school enrichment class for Ilan Ramon Day School E3A &

E3B students! Students in this high energy course will fundamental dance steps, basic gymnastic skills! A typical class will include

warm-ups, stretching and across the floors exercises. We will even

work on balance & coordination through basic tumbling, games, relays and more! We will also stimulate your child’s imagination

through songs, puppets, creative stories and pretend games! E3 kids

will learn new movement skills every day in a fun and safe environment!
