Easter Tasks Grid Happy Easter Year 5 and 6! We hope that you have all found a way to complete some of the online learning tasks while being at home. We are missing you all and hope that you’re keeping well. Please choose one of the activities, per school day of the holidays, to complete. Don’t forget to record anything necessary in your home learning, take photos and send them to [email protected] so we can see what you’ve been up to! You now have the two week Easter break to catch up on any of the maths homework, spelling shed tasks or spag.com tests you have missed – we are checking online regularly, well done to those completing weekly. During the next two weeks, also please complete ONE page of your mental maths book and don’t forget daily reading. Write the teachers at St Peter’s a newsletter to update us on what you have been doing over the last two weeks. Have you ever wondered about the Easter Bunny? Research rabbits and create a fact file using subheadings. Bake some bunny pancakes and write a recipe in your home learning book. Make a wreath detailing the Easter story. Can you write us some Easter jokes to cheer us up? Perhaps a limerick. Design the front of an Easter card. We all love Easter eggs but what is the real meaning of Easter? Research Picasso and create an Easter Bunny inspired by him. Create an Easter themed word search, send it in for us to complete. Make an Easter coordinates picture for us to complete using all 4 quadrants. Get your family singing! It’s good for your wellbeing. A favourite can be found here – ‘Sing out an Easter Song!’ https://youtu.be/ UVoNf8b8-eA What can you see through your window? Can you make a through the keyhole style picture? Have you noticed all the daffodils popping up? Can you create an observational drawing or painting? Daffodil observational drawing Bunny Pancakes Easter Story Wreath
