Gli aerotermi sono stati ideati,progettati e costruiti per riscal-dare qualsiasi ambiente indu-striale, commerciale e sportivo.
L’apparecchionon può essere impiegato:• per il trattamento dell’aria all’aperto• per l’installazione in ambienti umidi• per l’installazione in atmosfere esplosive• per l’installazione in atmosfere corrosive
Verificare che l’ambiente in cuiè installato l’apparecchio noncontenga sostanze che gene-rino un processo di corrosionedelle alette in alluminio.
Questo apparecchio è destinatoad essere utilizzato da utenti espertio formati nei negozi, nell’industrialeggera e nelle aziende agricole,o per uso commerciale da partedi personale non esperto.

Supporto a reteantinfortunistica in robusto filo d’ac-ciaio; di tipo elastico, fissato coninterposizione di dispositivi anti-vibranti.
The electric ventilator is composed ofa fan with 3 blades (for the diminuitionof the noise level), sparking free,statically and dynamically wellbalanced, which is directly connectedwith a hermetically close, three phase,asynchronous electric motor, insulationclass B. Finger proof guard made ofresistant steel wire, elastical type,fixed with antivibration means.

Prima di effettuare qualsiasi in-tervento assicurarsi che:1 - l’aerotermo non sia sotto tensione elettrica;2 - la valvola di alimentazione sia chiusa;3 - attendere il raffreddamento dello scambiatore.
4 - attendere l’arresto della ventola.
Assicurarsidi collegare la messa a terra.
Per sollevare la macchina usareun mezzo di sollevamento ade-guato al peso della stessa (vediCaratteristiche Tecniche, tabellapesi). Quando è previsto (gr. 9)usare i golfari.
Sollevarla lentamente, facendoattenzione che non cada e spo-stare le cinghie in funzione delbaricentro.
Installare in prossimità dell’ap-parecchio o degli apparecchi, inposizione facilmente accessibile,un interruttore di sicurezza chetolga corrente alla macchina.
Le ventole possono raggiungerela velocità di 1.400 g/min. Noninserire oggetti nell’elettroventi-latore nè tantomeno le mani.
Non avvicinarsi all’elettroven-tilatore in moto con indumentisvolazzanti.
Per installazioni in ambienti dovel’aerotermo possa essere sog-getto a urti accidentali, vedi pal-lonate in locali palestra e/o cam-po da tennis, è necessario che,a protezione delle alette direzio-nali poste sulla bocca di mandataaria, l’aerotermo sia dotato di untelaio con rete, che potrà esserefornito su richiesta.
Before any intervention makesure that:1 - the unit is not under electric tension;2 - the supply valve is closed;
3 - before any intervention on the appliance in operation please wait until the heat exchanger has cooled down.4 - wait until the fan has completly stopped.
Controlthat the earthing is all right.
For the transport of the applianceyou have to use suitable liftingmeans, which can carry its weight(see Technical characteristics,weight table).
Slowly raise the unit and makesure that it does not fall. Movethe belts in function of the centreof gravity.
In an easily accesible positionnear the appliance or the applianceshas to be mounted a safety switch,which interrupts the power supply.
The fans can reach a speed of1.400 RPM. Please don’t introduceany objects or the hands into theelectric ventilator.
Please don’t approach the electricventilator with fluttering clothes.
For installation in environmentswhere the heater can be subjectto crashes, such as for exampleblows with balls in gymnasiumsand/or courts, it is necessary tofit on the heater a frame with asafety net, as protection of the airlouvers which are terminal device.This accessory can be suppliedon request.
Vor jedem Eingriff vergewisserndaß:1 - der Lufterhitzer nicht unter Spannung steht;2 - das Versorgungsventil geschlossen ist;3 - wenn das Gerät in Betrieb ist, muß vor jedem Eingriff gewartet werden, bis der Wärmetauscher abgekühlt ist.4 - bitte wartner bis Ventilator hält.
Überprüfen, daß dieErdverbindung hergestellt ist.
Zum Transport des Gerätes einseinem Gewicht angemessenesHebewerkzeug benützen (sieheTechnische Merkmale, Gewichts-tabelle).
Das Gerät langsam anheben undsicherstellen, daß es nicht fällt. DieTransportgurte in Abhängigkeit vomSchwerpunkt verschieben.
In der Nähe des Geräts oder derGeräte ist an einer leicht zugänglichenStelle ein Sicherheitsschalter zuinstallieren, über den dem Gerätder Stom entzogen wird.
Die Lüfter können Geschwindigkeitenvon 1.400 UPM erreichen. FührenSie keine Fremkörper in den Elektro-ventilator ein und berühren Sie ihnnicht mit den Händen.
Dem Ventilator nicht mit flattern- derKleidung zu nahe kommen.
Für die Installation in Räume, wo esdie Möglichkeit gibt, daß der Luftheizerdurch zufällige Schläge geschlagenwerden kann (z.B. Schläge mit demBall in Turnhallen und/oedr Tennis-plätze), ist es nötig, daß einen Rahmenmit einer Schutznetz auf dem Luft-ausblas eingebaut wird, als Beschützungder Luftflügel. Diese Zuberhörteil wirdauf Anfrage geliefert.
Avant d’effectuer n’importe quelleintervention, s’assurer que:1 - l’aérotherme ne soit pas sous tension électrique;2 - la vanne d’alimentation soit fermée;3 - avant chaque intervention, quand l’appareil était on fonction, il faut attendre que l’échangeur soit refroidi.4 - attendre que le ventilateur ne tourne pas.
S’assurerde connecter la masse à terre.
Pour transporter l’appareil utiliserun moyen de soulèvement enfonction du poids de celui-ci (voirCaractéristiques techniques, tableaupoids).
Soulever lentement en faisantattention que l’appareil ne tombepas. Déplacez les courroies enfonction du barycentre.
Dans une position facilementaccessible près de l’appareil oudes appareils il faut installer uninterrupteur de securité qui coupela tension à l’appareil.
Les hélices peuvent réjoindre desvitesse de 1.400 TPM. Il ne fautpas introduire des objets ou lemains dans l’électroventilateur.
N’approchez pas l’appareil avecdes vêtements flottants.
Pour installations en ambiants oül’aérotherme puisse être heurté, parexémple coups de ballon dans sallesde gymnastique et/ou courts de tennis,il est necessaire que l’aérothermesoit doué d’un chassis avec filet,qui pourra être fourni, sur demande,pour protéger les ailettes direc-tionnelles placées sur la boucheantérieure.
Antes de efectuar cualquier inter-vención, asegurarse que:1 - el aerotermo no esté bajo tensión eléctrica;2 - la válvula de alimentación esté cerrada;3 - esperar el enfriamiento.
4 - esperar que el ventilador se ferme completamente.
Asegurarsede conectar la toma de tierra.
Para transportar los aparatos uti-lizar un medio adecuado al pesode la misma (ver Característicastécnicas, cuadro pesos).
Instalar siempre el aparato con lared de protección antiaccidente(opcional), en el caso que exístaposibilidad de contacto directo conel ventilador. Correr las correas enfunción del centrobárico.
Instalar en una posición facilmenteaccessible cerca de aparato o delos aparatós un interruptor de se-guridad que apaga el aparato.
Las turbinas pueden alcanzar lavelocidad de 1.400 revolucionespor minuto. No se pueden introducirobjetos en el electroventilador ytodavia menos las manos.
No aproximar el electroventiladoren movimiento con vestidos flotante.
Para instalaciones en las que elaerotermo pueda subir accidentalesempujones, por ejemplo choques debalón en palestras y/o en campos detenis, es necesario que el aerotermosea dotado de un telar con una red,puesto sobre la boca de salida deaire, para la protección de las aletasde dirección del aire. Este accesoriopuede ser entregado sobre demanda.

In caso di sostituzione di compo-nenti richiedere sempre ricambioriginali.
Solo tecnici (e nessun altro) pre-cedentemente addestrati, quali-ficati e autorizzati possono acce-dere e fare manutenzione allamacchina.
Non esporre a gas infiammabili.
Proteggere le batterie da peri-colo di gelo.
Don’t remove the security labels.If they are unreadable, ask fortheir substitution.
For the disassembly of the unitheater use working gloves.
If pieces have to be substituted,please always ask for originalspare parts.
Only qualified and authorized,previously trained technicians(and no other person) must haveaccess to the machine and canperform the maintenance.
Don’t expose to flammable gas!
The battery has to be protectedagainst frost.

Die Batterie muß vor Frost geschütztwerden.

Prima di effettuarei collegamenti ai motoriassicurarsi che non ci siatensione.
A monte dell’unitàprevedere un interruttoreonnipolare con distanzaminima dei contatti di 3,5 mm.
Togliere il coperchiettodella morsettiera del motoree procedereal collegamento elettrico:
a) Motore a scorrimento con protezione termica (klixon), 400V, 4/6 o 6/8 poli trifase.b) Motore a una sola velocità, trifase, frequenza 50Hz, IP 44.
Controllare la messa a terra.
Una volta effettuatoil collegamento elettrico,provare il senso di rotazionedella ventola.Nel fare ciò, verificare chel’aria esca dalla parte oppostadel motore.
Nel caso di rotazionescorretta, togliere tensioneed invertire una fasesulla morsettiera.
Quindi chiudere il coperchiodella morsettiera del motoree stringere il passacavo.

Upstream of the unit,fit an omnipolar switchwith minimum contactdistance of 3,5 mm.
Remove the cover fromthe terminal board of the motorand performthe electrical connection:

Bevor die Motoren angeschlossenwerden, muß überprüft werden,daß der Hauptschalter sichin OFF-Position (auf 0) befindet.
Dem Gerät einenallpoligen Schalter mit einerKontaktöffnung von mindestens3,5 mm vorschalten.
Den Deckel vom Klemmenbrettdes Motors entfernenund die elektrische Verbindungherstellen:
a) Dreiphasiger Gleitmotor mit Thermoschutz (Klixon), 400V, 4/6 oder 6/8 Pole.
b) Dreiphasiger Motor mit einer Geschwindigkeit, Frequenz 50 Hz, IP 44.
Die Erdung überprüfen.
Nach Herstellungder elektrischen Verbindungenist auf jeden Fall die Drehrichtungder Motoren zu überprüfen,um sicherzugehen daß die Luftan der dem Motorentgegengesetzten Seite austritt.
Dann den Deckeldes Motor-Klemmenbrettesschließen und die Kabelführunggut befestigen.
Bei falscher Drehrichtung denHauptschalter auf OFF (AUS)stellen und auf dem Klemmen-brett eine Phase umkehren.

a) Moteur à glissement avec protection thermique (Klixon), 4/6 ou 6/8 pôles, triphasé, 400V, monotension.b) Moteur à une seule vitesse triphasé fréquence 50 Hz, IP 44.
Contrôler la prise de terre.
Quand la connexion électriqueest effectuée, contrôlerindividuellement le sensde rotation des moteursen vérifiant que l’air sortede la partie opposée au moteur.
En cas où la position estincorrecte, mettre l’interrupteurgénéral sur OFF et inverseruna phase de la boîte à bornes.
Donc fermer le couverclede la boîte à bornes du moteuret serrer le chaumard.
Antes de efectuar la conexiónde los motores, asegurarseque el interruptor se encuentreen la posición “OFF”.
Prever, más arriba de la unidad,un interruptor omnipolarcon una distancia mínimade los contactos de 3,5mm.
Quitar la tapa del motordonde se encuentrantodos los cables y procedera la conexión eléctrica:
a) Motor deslizante con protección térmica (Klixon), 4/6 ó 6/8 polos, trifásico 400V, monotensión.b) Motor de una sola velocidad trifásico frecuencia 50 Hz, IP 44.
Conectar la toma de tierra.
Una vez efectuadala conexión eléctrica, comprobarel sentido de giro de la turbina.Mientras se hace esto,verificar que el aire seaimpulsado hacia la parte opuestadel motor.
En el caso de que el sentido degiro no sea correcto, desconectarla tensión e invertir una fase enla caja de conexiones del motor.
Cerrar la caja de conexión yajustar bien bloqueando el cable.

The timer can be combined with two different thermostats, with separate settings for night-time or daytime operation. Using thermostats with changeover contacts allows automatic switching from low - high fan speed with the “day” thermostat, and low speed - fan off with the “night” thermostat. Using two-step thermostats allows the speed of the unit heater to be switched automatically from high to low and to off when reaching the set temperature.
