We were a little sceptical of how we might

use Del.icio.us at first.But once the ideas of sharing resources

amongst tutors began to group -we were

hooked!

YoutubePrepare for the broadcast revolution as

Community Colleges take on “You tube” we

were inspired by the “Shift happens” amd

now we are inspired to create.Be ready for Student inductions, OHS

advice, assessments and teaching

resources to hit the small screen!

MyspaceAngel or demon??

The debate raged about the value of using

social software such as Myspace or Face

book

But if you are working with young

people... why not work on their turf!

FlickrAnna’s Flickr presentation threw us new

experiences in more ways than one.In addition to presenting to the “ usual

suspects” in our DiscoverE room, Anna’s

presentation was broadcast to a room full

of managers in Griffith.Flickr and group “discover e” were a hit.

...with in 24 hrs, Sue from Griffith

launched the use of flickr with her

disability group

Podcasting

Podcasting has so much potential to

revoutionise the way we deliver training -

Community Colleges are known for being

flexible and innovative - the potential for

podcasting is huge

Wikis

Wiki’s were a hitso much potential for trainers to share ideas, resources and experiences.

After showing our local library - they were hooked!

BlogsWhat a great job the ladies from Batemans Bay did with BLOG. As it was National Environment Day they featured their own Green theme creation!
