Benson, age 85, of Bloomington, passed

away on October 27, 2018. Preceded in

death by his parents Arthur and Hazel Benson,

his first wife, Jane. Survived by his spouse,

Marilyn Benson; children: Laura (Paul)

Ramsdell, David Benson, James Benson; grand-

daughter, Gabby (Andy) Caron; three step-

children and families.

What a friend we have in Jesus, all our sins and griefs to bear! What a privilege to carry ev'rything to God in prayer! We should never be discouraged-- take it to the Lord in prayer. Can we find a friend so faithful who will all our sorrows share? Jesus knows our ev'ry weakness-- take it to the Lord in prayer. Receive him into the arms of your mercy, into the blessed rest of everlasting peace, and into the glorious company of the saints in light.
