The most talented interns, roughly 30%, are offered to begin their career with us after theory studies. By this, our internship is really just a graduate process starting early. MAPPING AND REDESIGN OF GLOBAL IT IN MÆRSK GROUP A fundamental redesign of complex and opaque global IT setup to increase autonomy in the business units and reap the growth potential of IT. We mapped the IT landscape and provided the programme management superstructure and master planning for the strategic transformation.

This created a fully independent setup for their business units, including a fully transparent IT service management and cost structure. And so, enabled Maersk to optimise operations across the entire organisation.

ECONOMIC CONSEQUENCES OF INTRODUCING LICENCE FEES IN THE NORWEGIAN GAMBLING MARKETAn analysis of potential economic consequences of introducing license fees in the Norwegian gambling market, and thereby allowing other gambling firms than Norsk Tipping access to the Norwegian market. The project was executed by consultants from three countries and relied on experiences from the gambling market in Sweden and Denmark.

The team used scenario-modelling and investigated possible outcomes for the monopolist Norsk Tipping and revenue base for organisations within sports, culture, and NGO’s.The analysis will be used as part of the consideration in a future formal hearing in the culture sector in Norway.

ORGANISATIONAL DEVELOPMENT USING NEW LEADERSHIP FOUNDATION A new leadership principle in COOP required high level of leadership to implement. We introduced leaders to tools, methods and theories to support the values of COOP. We conducted training programme based on the systemic approach for all top 200 leaders.

COOP achieved maximum organisational change with more committed staff and leaders. The process created a common understanding by using a common terminology and anchoring.

TDC’S CUSTOMER SATISFACTION BASED ON MORE THAN 60,000 YEARLY INTERVIEWS The large amount of data required to measure TDC’s customer satisfaction requires professional assistance. Ramboll therefore engages 50 interviewers to call, analyse and report findings.

We teach interviewers in ‘laddering’ technique to ensure in-depth answers. More than 60,000 interviews are conducted yearly over the phone and analysed directly in SurveyExact. TDC have access to LIVE-reports via SurveyExact, so they are always up-to-date on their customer satisfaction.

EXTENSIVE RESEARCH SUPPORTS DANISH PUBLIC SCHOOL REFORM The Danish government initiated a new school reform affecting more than 500,000 pupils. A substantial amount of research and knowledge within the educational field was required. 7,000-10,000 references from the last 10 years were screened to determine which initiatives could create increased learning and motivation in the new reform.

The reports were developed into practice-oriented leaflets to inspire practitioners across the country including teachers, leaders, local authorities, and political decision-makers.

ALPIQ BOOSTS COMPETIVENESS WITH SCENARIO PLANNING Alpiq had to reposition itself, transform and identify new opportunities to pursue a sustainable future. We assisted in the development of the strategy through scenario building to take an outside-in perspective of the competitive market.

Ramboll facilitated workshops with 40-50 business managers across Alpiq, where they collaborated to develop four future scenarios. The early employer empowerment and involvement ensured engagement, ownership and a strong implementation process.

Once a year Ramboll grants three scholarships of DKK 25,000 each to talented students who make an impact within their field of study.
