LCS Actions for IM by Three Main Themes
CASBEE Strong points: 1) CASBEE can assess not only a building but an urban area and even city-level. 2) CASBEE has two dimensional (load and quality) axis, and can evaluate "efficiency (Q/L)". 3) CASBEE can assess variety of building, such as office, school, hospital and so on. 4) CASBEE has several tools to satisfy needs from building designer, consumer and so on for their own purpose. 5) CASBEE is much cheaper.
