Consquare Consultancy
CEO SpeechWe promise to stick to honest and ethical behaviour during the process of operation, which is the key point to success for Consquare Consultancy.
It was a dream, conceived a sweeping and prosperous entity that renders the most trustworthy and fruitful intellectual values associated with people lives. The dream had to move to reality swaddled into ethical practice and passions.
We founded Consquare Consultancy, a company of an innovative work environment. We love what we do that converts the work stress to passion.
14 years ago, the conclusion was divided over the
merits of devolution in managing the daily operations of Consquare Consultancy. Some said it would end the claim for synergy. Others said it would be the stumbling rock on evolution. 14 years on, neither side has been proved right. But the success in an exceptionally relaxed work environment seemed to tell a different story.
The expansion of our business will increasingly examine our technical and managerial performance, as we develop the organisational reform and future investment. We must master applying real administrative will and harness our skills and resources far more effectively to overcome operational obstacles; notably in the innovative approach of business expansion.
Above all, Consquare Consultancy leaders and directors are often restating our agreed vision for today's world, so that our team members understand why it is so important.
01 // SECTION ONE
A man must be big enough to admit his mis takes, smar t enough to prof i t f rom them, and s trong enough to correc t them.
John C. Maxwell
This class of practice depends on determining the priorities where joint work teams actions make palpable sense and can create a real fruitful difference. It also means to fulfil the real definition of quality, deriving it from various satisfied clients.
Everyone in Consquare Consultancy has multiple goals to achieve at different levels. We are standing side by side supporting each other at the personal, corporate, market, field, and even global levels.
My commitment to colleagues, staff, and clients is fulfilment.
Roadmap 2020
The announcement is the easiest part. Implementation is admittedly more difficult. To get through this, we engage our teams to make choices.
1. We provide greater support to Cyber security and invest in developing new dedicated teams to perform very sophisticated tasks.
2. Enrich training by developing new business models to attract advanced courses composers and by offering new ways of training.
3. Expand vertically to include extra services covering more MEP and specifically ELV packages.
4. Expand horizontally to target new markets and support existing slow moving ones.
5. Enhance the work environment by ergonomics and empowering staff by new advanced tools. The work engine is expected to add young mentalities and spirits to support the change process.
The greatest danger in times of turbulence is not the turbulence – it is to act with yesterday’s logic.

Consquare Consultancy
Services CharterIt is never an accident; it is always the result of high intention, sincere effort, intelligent direction and skilful execution; it represents the wise choice of the right team among many alternatives.
An integrated set of consultancy services constructs a specialisation framework around several dynamic stages, each of which emphasises a distinctive perspective within the consultancy range of disciplines.
Each discipline represents a particular branch of knowledge that a consultancy method will support. Within each discipline is a set of sub-elements and dedicated tools that are used to ease the engagement until the disengagement processes.
These all come together to form a total framework that will act as a model for any work we do. Each of the disciplines can be undertaken independently, jointly or in parallel with each other.
Quality means doing it right when no one is looking.

Years of Continuous Service Provision 13+
DifferentiatorsWe integrate special aspects and technical engineering knowledge. Our prosperity is a resultant of the real understanding of clients’ needs and effective interaction with the latest technology, producing the extraordinarily reliable, scalable and active countermeasures and controls.
Clients are facing rapidly evolving challenges and if recommended solutions do not, then they are useless. Subsequently, civilisation principles cease being principles ossifying into dogma. Therefore, consultancy business is not simply classified anymore as those solutions composed by conventional sources are not existing.
While diversity of knowledge represents the core engine of this age, Consquare Consultancy adopted
a multidisciplinary strategy. It is a comprehensive collaboration of different fields of knowledge effectively integrated into a unique set of professional services.
Utilising relevant standards, powerful tools and advanced techniques, our studies are entirely risk based and driven from operational requirements.
Furthermore, our services are developed on the basis of detailed know-how gained by professional and multinational experienced team. In training, everyone can talk; “Speakers’ Blocks” is merely a cleaver term for procrastination. But not everyone has something to say. That’s a key differentiator.
In Consquare Consultancy, we develop our courses based on real experience. We sense the gap of
knowledge in specialised fields, and we dare to peruse the core missing concepts understanding that most prospects prevent to show. It is the trend of people who can say “YES” not “NO”. We don’t develop courses only. Indeed, we develop decision-makers in different levels of responsibilities within their firms.
Our courses are customisable to provide ancillary assistance to our candidates and prospects. It is not a process of conducting training sessions. It is a life and profession interaction.
Enjoy learning with us, and we promise to make it a distinguishable experiment.

Consquare Consultancy
Square shape is to say we are even, non-aligned and independent. Smooth outer edges of the square shape are representing the easiness to interface with our company. We undertake the necessary processes to isolate the clients from their challenges’ complexity.
Q shape is to reflect our key conceptual factor, the “QUALITY”. Our company is established on the concept of providing the maximum possible quality of services to the clients and to work on adopting it by all of the team members.
CONSQUARE CONSULTANCY
CON is the first three alphabetical characters
from the word “Consulting”.
Square is that meaningful shape of equal edges and right angles. Furthermore, “Square” in the dictionary
also means properly arranged; in good order; fair
and honest.
We are trying to say “Consulting Square”
to describe a dream to establish a group of four
consulting companies synergy conducting multiple
disciplines Consulting business.
Logo Interpretation
Branding demands commitment; commitment to continual re-invention; striking chords with people to stir their emotions; and commitment to imagination. It is easy to be cynical about such things, much harder to be successful.

We believe that power of colour is both emotional and practical. There is a message each colour is saying which can affect how clients feel when they look at a brand, simultaneously it helps a brand stand out in the crowd.
Colours Symbolism
1. Grey represents formality, richness, elegance, seriousness, distinctiveness, boldness, sombreness, authority, practicality and a corporate mentality. It is neutral one to refer to our independence and non-aligned strategy.
2. Royal Purple represents royalty. A mysterious colour, it is associated with both nobility and spirituality. The opposites of the hot red and the cool blue. It combines both to create this intriguing colour. It is to say that we target high profile clients.
Considerationsof the Brand
The keys to brand success are self-definition, transparency, authenticity and accountability.
