Advising Matters New Course Registration Application Did you know the registration process is changing? Regis has a new application
called Student Planning which is now live and available to all traditional (on-ground)
students. Traditional graduate, professional and undergraduate students will use
Student Planning this month to register for their classes.
On-ground Registration dates for Summer 2020: Monday, April 13 – Friday,May 15On-ground Registration dates for Fall 2020: Monday, April 13 – Friday,September 4 Please note that all online students will be brought onboard Student Planning over
the summer, with more communications to come.
To help you learn this new Student Planning application, ITS Training is offering 2-
hour drop-in sessions via Zoom. You do not need to sign up for a session; simply
join when you are able.

Mondays – Fridays through April 17 (except Good Friday, April 10)

Academic advising will be offered via phone, email, and Zoom. To schedule an
advising appointment, students should contact their academic advisor via email.
Students can find out who their advisor is under the “My Success Network” tab
on Starfish.

A Message from Audrey Grace,our new AVP of InclusiveExcellence and Chief DiversityOfficer:
Dear Students:
I am Audrey Grace and I am pleased to serve as your Associate Vice President of
Inclusive Excellence and Chief Diversity Officer. In the short time I have officially
been part of the Regis community, I have seen the hard work and extraordinary
lengths that the community has gone through to protect and serve one another. I
look forward to getting to know you and learn more about how I can be a resource to
you now and in the future.
Below is my bio where you can learn a bit more about me, but more importantly, I
want to get to know you! I look forward to connecting with you, supporting the work
that you do, and identifying the ways in which the Center for Inclusive Excellence
can be a lifelong resource for you. I am working hard with the Center for Inclusive
Excellence staff to continue to develop programming for you. There will be dates
coming up for us to officially connect, so please stay tuned.
Moving forward, I hope to share with you regular, quick tips for fostering inclusion.

Audrey Grace (she/her/hers) is the Associate Vice President of Inclusive Excellence
and Chief Diversity Officer. She previously served as the Director of Diversity &
Inclusion in Northeastern University’s Office of Institutional Diversity and Inclusion.
Audrey holds a JD from Northeastern University School of Law, a Master’s of
Education in Higher Education Administration from Northeastern University, and a
Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Spanish, with a minor in African and African
American Studies, from the Fordham University at Lincoln Center Honors Program.
Audrey has spent 15 years working with underserved populations, first at an
international microcredit organization to representing indigent persons involved with
the criminal justice system. She transitioned to higher education over three years
ago, starting in law student affairs where she created diversity and inclusion
programming for the community. In her current position, Audrey employs best
practices to promote diversity, inclusion, and equity at the University-wide level.

granted access online to the complete manual until the end of the semester. The
new edition has many more examples of correct citations especially of online
