Take a screenshot of what you see in your monitor

Go to: http://www.techsmith.com/jing/

Point your mouse to the Jing sun on your screen

Click on Capture

Move mouse to adjust frame of your screenshot

When done framing, click Capture Image

Create a filename and save your image
