What is co-production
Co-production means delivering services in
an equal and reciprocal relationship
between professional, people using
services, their families, their neighbours.
Where activities are co-produced in this
way, both services and neighbourhoods
become more effective agents of change.
What is co-production
Co-production in ICM means individuals
who have experienced the reality of living
with multiple and complex needs and who
have accessed support around those
issues, have an equal role in the design,
development and delivery of the service
What are the challenges when supporting people with multiple needs?
What would improve outcomes?
