JMJ

September 15, 2019 My Dearest Parish Family, God be with us always. Thank you very much for your presence which made the Thanksgiving Mass and Fellowship Dinner for our 40th Foundation Anniversary as a Parish Family. We are blessed to have Bishop Kevin lead us in our Eucharist and even made it special by inviting his friends from Italy who are visiting to share in our joy and gratitude. We continued the Celebration during our Fund-Raising Thanksgiving Dinner last September 13th. While we did not have any auction items and activity, we did present a Wish List Binder of what we hope to accomplish as soon as we have the financial capability to do so. Hopefully we can solicit your generous assistance and cooperation to see these projects to completion. We have begun our Faith Formation Programs on all levels – we are grateful and highly appreciate the generosity of those who responded to the call for Catechists and Catechists aides. If however you still feel called to serve and have not yet spoken to our Faith Formation Coordinators it is not too late. I am very sure they would appreciate all the help they can get. I am also directing your attention to the numerous banners of Parish Ministries we have been blessed with as a Parish Family. These Ministries provide the numerous acts of service and witnessing we all do in an effort to fulfill our Parish Mission Statement. Do feel free to read and reflect on the Ministry Brochure which provides the groups you can be involved in ministry. The Gospel this Sunday reminds us that it is the sincerity and goodness of the

heart of the heart that matter. Our Loving God in His mercy and compassion reaches out to constantly invite us to be transformed, strengthened and sent to be living witnesses. We are asked to manifest the same to our sisters and brothers. Once again, my sincerest gratitude for our Founding Members and Families who has given us a precious legacy of the Parish Family of Santiago de Compostela. May we continue to journey as one in faith, hope and love. God bless and take care. Love and prayers,

Fr. Thomas Paul K. Naval

Fr. Thomas Paul K. Naval
