We supply filters for most major sectors including oil and gas, aerospace, power generation, food and beverage, water treatment, phamaceutical, HVAC and general engineering. AIR FILTERS We supply custom sized air filters for use in air intake, air handling units, clean rooms and other ductwork. The filters we provide meet ISO and Eurovent requirements and are backed by guarantees of quality. We can supply glass or pleated panel filters, multipocket, rigid, metal framed grease filers, synthetic roll media, fan coil filters, carbon bags and panels, and HEPA filters. These are all specially designed to improve indoor air quality by reducing dust, dirt, bacteria, and other air particulates that may cause harm to the environment.
HYDRAULIC FILTERS We offer an extensive range of hydraulic filter products from pressure and suction filters to spin-on canisters and mobile filter rigs. Nominal and absolute rated filters available from stock all major brands supplied as required. Complete filter assemblies for all types of hydraulic installations inline, tank top mounted or submerged suction strainers to suit your application. Associated standard: ISO 4406 Oil analysis is available along with water content analysis, conductivity testing, varnish analysis and Total Acid Number (TAN) analysis. These tests can be quoted individually to suit your request.
PROCESS FILTERS We offer filtration solutions covering elements, cartridges and housings. FDA media is available for food and beverage applications. The full product range encompasses wound, spun bonded depth filters, resin bonded, pleated filters, mesh and sintered elements from coarse basket strainers to absolute rated (99.9%) filters for critical applications. Ultra Low Energy membranes catering for RO permeate water production are available as well as high flow filter cartridges and bag filters. An extensive range of housings in polypropylene, nylon and stainless steel can satisfy most systems.
POROUS PLASTICS Sintered porous plastics offer excellent chemical compatibility, exceptional strength and are resistant to most acids, bases, many organic chemicals and temperatures up to 110° C. Silencers, rolls, sheets, cones, moulded and other cut shapes are available in both polyethylene and polypropylene. Porous plastics are strong, lightwight and self supporting so its versatility is ideal for a variety of applications. Porosity is high and narrowly controlled so pores are evenly distributd for low pressure drop and even flow.
