१. रा य उ पादन शु क िवभागाची रचना , काय व कत ये :रा य उ पादन शु क िवभाग हा रा य शासना या अनेक िवभागापंैकी एक िवभाग आहे. तो गृह खा या याअख यारीत येतो. शासन तरावर मं ी, रा य उ पादन शु क हे मुख असून सिचव/ धान सिचव/ अपरमु य सिचव हे शासकीय मुख हणून काम पाहतात. े ीय तरावर आयु त, रा य उ पादन शु क हेिवभाग मुख हणून काम पाहतात.

रा य उ पादन शु क िवभागाची काय:रा य उ पादन शु क िवभाग ामु याने पेय म , म ाकयु त/अंमली पदाथ वर उ पादन शु क जमाकर याचे काम करतो. तसेच अशा म ाकयु त पदाथ वर िनयं ण ठेव याचे कामकाज या िवभागमाफतकेले जाते. सदरचा उ ेश हा म ाकयु त पदाथ ची िन मती / वाहतुक / िव ी / बाळगणे / आयात / िनय तइ यादीसाठी िविवध अनु ती/परवाने मंजुर क न सा य कर यात येते. तसेच या पदाथ संबंधी गु हाअ वेषण क न स त अंमलबजावणी व द ता राखली जाते.
