âî ìîäóë), çà äà ìîæå ïîâðåäåíèÿò ìîäóë äà áúäå çà-

ìåíåí ñ èçïðàâåí. Ñèñòåìèòå ñà çàùèòåíè îò íåñàí-

Application NîteGARDIA 4 - Safety Display Parameters System

Apart from the Computer based Operator Support In-

formation System for the units 1 to 4 of Kozloduy Nu-

clear Power Plant, which is also product of DICS In-

tertrade Ltd., new very responsible independent Safe-

ty Parameters Display systems were developed on

the basis of the modern GARDIA system of means.

The system provides for supporting of the Operators

during and after accident. The data flow well maintain-

ed and refreshed every half of a second is available

in the Main Control Rooms and on the Remote Con-

trol Center. The system utilizes the advantageous fea-

tures of GARDIA- availability of variety of communi-

cation medias- twisted pair wires, free topology and

fiber optic media. One very specific feature is the ca-

pability of handling a single failure of the nodes con-

nected to the optic media.

The Operator Stations are in peer to peer communica-

tion with the nodes, counterparts on the LonWorks bus.

The Software, which is proprietary, is based on Win-

dow 98 and is developed on the basis of Borland C++

and ÎWL 2.0. The data is collected in a well organi-

zed historical archive, which is available to the Opera-

tors and Management for analysis. The status line on

the bottom of the every display enables the Operators

and Maintenance personnel to be prompted when a

failure (to the level of a single module) occurs and to

replace the failed module with a new one. The sys-

tem is protected from intruder's actions. The User's

Manual is lauded and available as a Help menu. The

systems have been in operation more than a year

without a single failure.

Óñòðîéñòâî è ðàáîòà íà èçäåëèåòî

The Configuring Unit is a processor based system with

a keyboard and a display using liquid crystal technology.

Its purpose is to read the current values of the quantities

from the modules, control and enter the constants.

The module consists of processor, keyboard and display.

DC/DC converter which transforms +24VDC into +5VDC

provides the supply.

The processor contents processor module TP-XF 78F

based on the LON WORKS technology. The module has

the ability to communicate serially with the modules from

The module Lon-OPT is based on the Echelon proces-

sor Neuron 3150 and its purpose is to connect indu-

strial network LonWorks (built on fiber optic cables) to

a PC in order to exchange data between two PCs and/

or between a PC and the modules connected to the

network. The Card is installed on a free ISA slot in PC.

LonOPT uses transceiver DFON/1250 75000-5 to con-

nect PCs to the LonWorks. Supports 1.25Mb/s

throughtput with large fiber optic node count (750+)

and over long distances - up to 30km single links with-

out repeaters.

RT1 is a dual processor module built on Echelon proce-

ssor Neuron 3150. It is designated to realize connection

between two LonWorks networks (network 1 and network

2). RT1 logs information and transfers it between the two

networks. RT1 is a node of both the networks. The

module has two parts (ÐÒ1-À è ÐÒ1-Â), part À is intended

to be connected to and to communicate with the nodes of

network 1, part B realizes the same function for network 2.

PT1-A and PT1-B communicate each other through built

in both the processors 3150 parallel interface.The Router

handles dual media connection of the upper level net-

work 2.It handles the following communication transcei-

vers: TPT/XF-78, TPT/XF-1250 and FTT-10A.

tical device, working as a listening to the master and mo-

nitoring for its proper function. They have a special pur-

pose interface, which assures reliable signals exchange.
