1 Registration and Migration ManualABBC Generation 2 Mobile Wallet

• This is the first page of the new ABBC Wallet.

• Initially, users have to enter their name, email address, and mobile number. This is a one-time process after installation.

• Users must include the country code of their mobile number.

Important: Do not use the same MC Wallet email address for better account security.

Registration


• Email verification will be sent to the email account used for registration.

• Users must input the verification code to the new wallet to confirm the email.

Email Verification


After registration, users will be able to choose from two options: add an account or create an account.

Add Account: • Users will be able to add

an existing wallet account by restoring private keys (mnemonics, private keys).

Create Account:• Users will be able to create a

new wallet account with a new wallet address.


Create Account Users must make a copy of his/her mnemonic phrase. Users only need to save the mnemonic phrase to control all the cryptocurrencies in their wallet account. The mnemonic phrase generates the private key, the private key is used to authorize the management of digital assets; backing up the mnemonic phrase means backing up the private key.

Important: Losing the mnemonic phrase is the same as losing the private key.


A password is mandatory to secure private keys. Below are the password conditions:

1 lowercase character (a)1 upper case character (A)1 digit (0-9)6 characters long (example: aA9aA9)


After a successful ABBC wallet setup, users will be able to see the ABBC wallet dashboard with the following information and navigations.


Migration• The Migration feature will allow users to request and transfer their

ABBC balance from MC Wallet or Aladdin Wallet.


Users need to enter the email address of the MC Wallet or Aladdin Wallet registered ACCOUNT before migrating to the new wallet.

Take note that migration request from Aladdin Wallet will be verified automatically, MC Wallet will be verified through phone call verification. After submitting a migration request, it can take some time until it is approved.


Failed MigrationFailed migration means the email address you entered does not exist on the previous wallets (MC or Aladdin Wallet).


Migration Request Once the user entered the correct email address, a migration request will be created. After clicking ‘submit’, an email verification will be sent to the specified email. This step is necessary to verify the account on the migration request form.

Once received, click ‘confirm’ to complete the migration request.

Note: The email message might be sent to the ‘spam’ folder. Please check this if the email does not appear in your inbox within 10 minutes.


After email verification, the migration process also requires a mobile verification as an added security layer. Users will receive a SMS verification code from the number they used during registration.

Mobile Verification


Once the user has entered the verification code, the migration request will be submitted for review.


In case the user cannot access his registered mobile number, a user can enter an alternative mobile number to receive the SMS verification code.


Successful MigrationTake note that the migration request from Aladdin Wallet will be automated.

Migration from MC Wallet will be verified through phone call verification.


Once the migration request has been submitted, the ABBC Mobile administrators will check if the data of the user matches the MC or Aladdin Wallet database.

Users will receive a verification email once the migration request has been processed by the admins.


Account Back upFor the backup process, the user must click the link “backed up.”


Enter the password you have set upon account creation.

OR

Use your biometric identification (fingerprint) as your password.


The user must make a copy of the mnemonic phrase shown on the screen. This mnemonic phrase must be written in the correct order.


1. Users need to form the mnemonic phrase in the exact order.

2. If a wrong word was chosen, the user can click the word to delete it. Once deleted, the user can select a new word to add.

3. Double-check the mnemonic phrase that has been formed before clicking ‘verify.’


The second way to backup your wallet is via cloud storage. Follow these easy steps on how to set up this feature:1. After logging in to your account,

click the ‘settings’ tab and select the ‘Create backup’ feature.

2. Confirm that you are creating a backup. You can either enter your wallet password manually or scan your biometrics.


3. Select where you would like to store your backup file: Dropbox or Google Drive.

4. After selecting your preferred storage location, choose the Gmail account you will use to backup your wallet.


5. Click ‘allow’ to grant the ABBC Mobile permission to view and manage files from the app.

6. Enter a new backup password. This will protect your backup file.

Note: We advise that you should not use the wallet password as your backup password.


7. After creating the password, proceed to backup file creation. Please be patient as this may take a couple of minutes.

Congratulations! You’ve successfully created a backup file of your ABBC Wallet.

Remember to write down your backup password in a secure location and never lose it. The backup file will retrieve your wallet, in case of emergency situations.


1. After logging in to your account, click the ‘Settings’ tab and select the ‘Restore from backup.’ Click ‘continue’ to proceed.

3. Choose the ABBC Wallet backup file saved in your storage location.

4. Enter your backup password.


Congratulations!You have successfully restored your ABBC Wallet.


Note: After funds have been successfully migrated, the user’s wallet address will generate a unique name with 12 symbols.

Users will be able to use both original long address as well as the unique account name in sending and receiving funds.

After a successful backup, users will be redirected to the dashboard without a backup notification box. Users will now be able to use the wallet securely.


If you already have an existing ABBC Wallet account and you want to access your account on a different mobile device, you can easily do so. All you would have to do is link your account to the ABBC Wallet application by doing the following steps:

How to Add an Account on Your ABBC Wallet

1. Select the Add an Account option.


2. Enter the previous mnemonic phrase given to you when your account was first created. Make sure to type the mnemonic phrase in the exact order.


3. Enter the password you have set to protect your private keys. You can also use your biometrics (fingerprint) as an alternative password.
