Concrete Floor Maintenance System
The PowerStar Concrete Floor Maintenance System consists of four different programs - Daily Maintenance, Periodic Maintenance, Light Restoration and Full Restoration. Each program - more aggressive than the previous program - combines diamonds, pads, chemicals and machinery into a process that imparts a specifi c level of cleaning, polishing or grinding to a fl oor surface. Throughout a comprehensive maintenance program, a facility manager will specify the timing of each program to meet their fl ooring expectations throughout the year. costs by up to 50% by using cleaning chemicals where they are needed most. Two separate selectors – one for water, one for detergent – allow the operator to prescribe the right amount of solution to a particular problem area. The CDS also allows the operator to change chemicals anytime during operation by replacing a sealed canister that prevents chemical contact and eliminates down time.
