ADAPT is a blended assessment that looks at skills and theimpact of behaviour, culture, personality and technology; currently used in aviation. The ADAPT process is easily transferrable to other environments including healthcare, corporate management and education.

FAST (Future Aptitude Screening Tool) is an online screen-ing tool developed by Symbiotics Ltd that is a quick, simple to administer, effective screening tool that analysesboth physical and cognitive skills in an aviation context.FAST comprises multiple elements which require the can-didate to monitor flight paths, react to visual and auditorystimuli, answer psychometric questions and conduct self-analyses. FAST is designed to assess candidate’s ability tomanage concurrent thinking and undertake tasks in a timepressured environment.
Output is an instant summary report on candidate’s skilllevels and learning potential. Reports detail 3 key areas:
