The Certificate in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration is aimed at those who plan to seek positions in the field of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration. It also provides current workers the opportunity to upgrade skills and knowledge. The Career Studies Certificate in Diesel Engine Technician is designed to prepare individuals to perform diesel engine diagnosis and service diesel fuel injection systems and components. Individuals will also be able to perform basic diesel truck electrical troubleshooting and repair. Occupational opportunities include employment in the truck service and repair industries. This certificate prepares an individual to take the Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) Medium/Heavy Truck certification exams Diesel Engines (T2) and Electrical/Electronic Systems (T6).
