Active Day Acquires CareBridge Adult Day Care TREVOSE, PA – November 1, 2016 – Active Day, the largest operator of adult day health service centers in the United States, announced the acquisition of CareBridge Adult Day Care. The newly acquired center is located in growing Boiling Springs, SC and serves a diverse mix of elderly and younger adults from across the greater Spartanburg area. “CareBridge Adult Day Care Center has cultivated a warm family atmosphere and a high level of care and compassion since it began in 2006” said Craig Mehnert, COO for Active Day. “We are committed to ensuring a smooth transition so all members will continue to receive the highest level of care they have come to expect and deserve. We welcome our new members and employees to the Active Day family.” Reflecting Active Day tradition, the name of the newly acquired center has been changed to Active Day of Boiling Springs. With this acquisition, Active Day now operates 13 adult day health centers in South Carolina and 80 centers in total.
