Please allow me to submit this letter requesting an amendment to the Acuren Inspection, and Acuren USA NRC Radioactive Materials Licenses.

Please remove Mr. Chris Dixon as the North RSO for both licenses, and replace him with Mr. Mark Rinke. Mr. Dixon has taken a Division Manager’s position in the company, and it will become necessary to replace him with Mr. Rinke due to other job responsibilities.

I have enclosed Mr. Rinke’s resume and other certificates of training. Mr. Rinke has been the Site RSO at our Detroit facility for the past seven (7) years.
