Step 1- Apply Online
Acusis accepts only applicants who apply online via Acusis Careers Gateway
You fill up a simple online application form that captures your contact details
It also ensures you have necessary transcription experience needed for the position
Successful submission of online application results in an automated mail within minutes from Acusis
This mail contains clear instructions on how to proceed ahead to the next step - Test Online
Step 2- Test Online
Successful clearance of online screening test results in an automated e-mail from Acusis.
This e-mail will give you instructions on downloading the Acusis transcription & editing skill testing software application called "ATTA“
It also contains a simple installation guide, username, password & other information relevant to testing.
Upon receipt of this mail you will have 6 days to complete the tests.
You can take the ATTA tests from the comfort of your home!
Step 3 - Understand Acusis Proposition-1
Acusis Recruitment team will declare your test results within 3
working days of you completing the testing
Upon successfully clearing the Acusis comprehensive testing,
Acusis recruitment team will provide you a login to access the
"Acusis Gateway to Concept Presentations" portal.
This is a dynamic portal designed by Acusis to help you
understand every single aspect of Acusis Home-Based MT
proposition via presentations at your own convenience and
pace.
Step 3 - Understand Acusis Proposition- 2
The Acusis Concept Presentations will give you an overview of:
Acusis as a company
Specifics about the account you will be working on
The Acusis software platform you will be working on
Line targets and quality delivery targets
Acusis Wage structure, shift timings, weekly schedule, etc.
Incentive plans and overtime premiums
Benefits during and after the 6-month probationary period
Weekday and weekend work timings
Computer configuration, internet connectivity, and power backup capacity if you are opting for home based
Confidentiality, and contractual obligations we mutually need to fulfill
Step 3 - Understand Acusis Proposition- 3
Acusis Concept Presentations portal helps you:
Pick the account that best suits your work type strengths
Choose the appropriate roadmap document with time schedules
and action steps of all key activities that will happen from the
time you sign the MOA with Acusis

Step 4 - Accept Acusis Job Offer- 1
The Acusis HR team will need the below documents for the Personnel File and for endorsing bank account creation, etc.
SSS E1/ E4 Form/ ID
Transcript of Records / True Copy of Grades
Diploma / Certificate of Graduation (if candidate has declared to be
one)
NBI Clearance
Birth Certificate (3 copies)
1x1 ID picture, colored, white background (for bank form) (1 copy)
2x2 ID picture, colored, white background (for application) (1 copy)
Employment Certificate(s) (if applicable)
The Acusis Job Offer is not a bond.
Upon successful completion of the probation period, Acusis would regularize your employment with a formal confirmation letter.

Upon completion of Acusis offer letter signing, if you have decided to be a home-based employee, you will need to ensure you have the required computer, power backup, and internet connection(s) to begin employment with Acusis.

Please attach the following to the appropriate benefit forms:
Solo Parent ID Card (for Solo Parents)
Marriage Certificate (2 copies)
Birth Certificate of Dependents (3 copies)
As a home-based employee, Acusis will need you to sign a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA).
This document will be dispatched to you along with Acusis job offer.
Importance of MOA
This document is relevant only for home-based employees and highlights the confidentiality & daily target vs. daily rate aspects:
Meeting 100% of your daily production quota/target to be paid your full daily rate.
Explains in the eventuality of the home-based employee not meeting the required production quota, how the daily rate will be calculated and computed.
How one qualifies having achieved their daily targets for the incentive plan with details about the incentive plan.
How one renders overtime and corresponding premium payments.
Confidentiality norms & HIPAA clauses to adhere and observe at all times.
Imposable tax.
Step 5 – PC Inspection and Software Installation
This step comes in post job offer acceptance and prior to induction
You would need to ensure you have the recommended technical infrastructure during this step
Acusis Systems Team would verify compliance of your computer infrastructure against required norms
Once found adequate, will commence installation of Acusis software and electronic reference dictionaries
Step 6 – Acusis Induction
After your software installations are done and duly tested, you are all set for your Acusis induction process

Induction is a 15-day holistic and highly customized process that you participate from the comfort of your own home
You will follow a day wise agenda of learning and orientation to clear overall quality and productivity criteria of your chosen account thus proving your total readiness to go-live in a thoroughly prepared manner instead of ad hoc readiness
