1. A non-refundable and non-transferable deposit of £20 per guest is requested within 7 days of booking Christmas Party Nights and Christmas Day lunch. Full non-refundable and non-transferable prepayment required for New Years Eve Package. 2. The final balance for Christmas Parties and Lunch is required to be paid at the latest one calendar month prior to the event date. Failure to do so will be deemed to constitute cancellation of the booking. Without prior notification to or from the hotel the contract will be terminated. 3. Any changes to your bookings or cancellation must be in writing. 4. All monies paid are non-refundable. 5. Prices include VAT at the current rate. 6. In the unlikely event of unforeseen circumstances making it impossible for the hotel to provide the function, the hotel reserves the right to cancel, amend or alter the festive programme or event. In this case all parties will be notified in advance and alternative events will be offered or a full refund given. 7. Hotel reserves the right to cancel or alter Christmas Joiner Party Night dates if minimum numbers are not reached. Alternative date will be offered. 8. All accommodation rates are subject to availability.
